Customer service is inexistent at this location. They can’t perform a simple task and always say they have no time for smaller projects. They can’t even respond well to a review.

Are you sick and tired of being jerked around by the big chain stores like, but not necessarily, Office Depot? Sick of the insane wait for copies and the non-existent customer service? Look no further, Minuteman Press! I had an emergency print job that was a bit complex. I was in and out with 20 minutes. All of the staff went above and beyond. No reason to go anywhere else. Highest rating.

I emailed them over two weeks ago and provided a sample. A week ago they apologized for the delay and stated I’d have a quote the next day. Never got it. I’ve since ordered on an internet site and my custom stickers have already arrived.

I used Minuteman to print 500 heavy weight paper door hangers. The total cost was $108 before tax and they did a good job. Aaron and Rosa were both helpful. It is situated in a very convenient location off NW Highway. I will return if I need their services again.
