I was disappointed with your 3000 Grapevine Mills Parkway store after waiting 15 min the queue, and the store manager Rocha denied a #giftcard as a form of payment on #blackfridaysale2022. Now, I got a perfect reason not to visit your store on any day. Billing was super slow, considering the Black Friday sale. The manager was not attentive. There is much to improve for customer service to remain meaningful in this competitive market.

Great Customer Service from Karina, the store manager!!! I order three pairs of shorts in multiple colors online. I received my online order today and the shorts were a little shorter than I like. Furthermore, I called Into Nautica, grapevine mills, location and Ms. Karina, was accommodating from the start. I ask for the 10” Inseam shorts and promptly placed me on hold and looked for my sizes and held them for me until I was able to get to the store and exchange the shorts. Ms. Karina, Was professional and friendly with the other customers as I was waiting in line she had a smile on her face and very helpful even discussing the Nautica and Lucky Brand merger, and I wasn’t aware of that! I shop at lucky brand as well. Ms. Karina, keep up the great customer service, it goes along way with people seriously.
