The rudest employees. It gets worse each visit. The woman at the jewelry/ bag counter actually scowls at you when you walk past. I’m absolutely disgusted and will not come here again.

I had the absolute pleasure of shopping at Neiman Marcus last call (yesterday and today) , and I have to give special thanks to Leo for making the experience extraordinary. Her professionalism is unmatched—she is always there to offer her assistance with a smile and genuine warmth. Leo goes above and beyond to ensure every customer feels valued, and her constant support and attention to detail make her truly stand out. It's rare to find someone as kind and dedicated as Leo, and she has certainly made a lasting impression. I can't recommend her and this store enough. I just found one Loro Piana jacket at $175 with 50% discount. It was unbelievable so I asked one service assistant and he told me it was just the price. Then I took it to the cashier then the story happened. The cashier told me the price was wrong and it should be $3000 with 30% percent and peeled off the price tag. I am wondering whether Neiman Marcus should be responsible for honoring the price to customers.
Or I can guess that the staff in the store would take them at the wrong price because I saw her leave with the fur jacket and this item was not put back. And that may be the reason why I rarely see Loro Piana clothes for sale.
I just went back again and the fur jacket is still not there. So weird
.

Horrible rude employees and extremely overpriced and ugly clothing. What a waste of time. Random dirty clothes strewn everywhere and every interaction with employees makes you feel like they are about to attack you for simply looking at them.

If you enjoy the Marshall's shopping experience, this is your place. Merchandise here is scattered around in piles or balled up on the floor. It's like a poorly managed thrift shop with whacky prices.
