NerdsToGo was a big help when I had a client in Texas that required immediate on site support. Very easy to setup the visit and very professional support staff.

I had the worst experience with the new owners. Our company uses laptops in after school programs. When one of those goes down, we don't know if it's cheaper to save the laptop or scrap it and get a new one. When I went in with a half dozen broken laptops, I explained that I was looking for a partner who could help me throughout the year with a low cost solution to tell me when to scrap a laptop vs when to save a laptop. The staff understood what I was looking for and, at the time, the owner seemed to understand as well. The next day I miss a call from the owner about the laptops. So the day after, I go into NerdsToGo. The owner and the staff I spoke with weren't there. It was lunch-ish time, it was understandable. So the person behind the counter (very nice) found my laptops and presented me with a bill for $450.00. So I ask if there was a plan to fix laptops going forward. So the person (again, very nice) calls the owner who then asks to speak to me. Now, it's been a day and half, not a month. But the owner gets on the phone with me and he's frustrated with me, the customer, for not returning his call yesterday. That these laptops were toast, and it would cost $1,050 per laptop to restore (on top of the $450 diagnostic fee) and if there was anything else he could do for me (which really came off as condescending and sarcastic). I ask if there's a solution for diagnosing laptops in the future. He's annoyed we're still talking so I cut the conversation, thank him for his time, hand the phone to the (very nice) employee, pay, and leave. Ignoring they didn't provide a solution and charged me $450 for what I already knew, it was the conversation on the phone that the owner was aggravated at me, the customer. It's was ridiculous. If I talked to any client the way he spoke to me, they'd fire me in a heartbeat. I don't know who this guy thinks he is, but good luck with keeping those customers.

This location supposedly fixed my pc but ever since getting the graphics card was replaced I’ve been getting a blue screen error, on top of that when I got the service I was never offered warranty or insurance for the part replaced for future problems. This location was no help at all. Never bringing my pc back here waste of time.

I worked with Kiana to get the thermal paste in my laptop replaced. She had it done in a couple days and was extremely communicative and knowledgeable on everything the computer needed. Would absolutely recommend them, as my laptop is running better than ever now

First time to use this company. They were great. Their repair time was a bit long, but it is probably because they are good at what they do. Computer techs are kind of like auto mechanics. They could tell you anything and you would have to trust them. They could have taken advantage of the situation, but they did not. They can be trusted, and I will use them again.

The same thing happened to me as Kyle Morris, they were late to their first consultation. Being late was my first impression and told me enough about how they do business

Well, definitely not how I hoped this would go. Reached out to NerdsToGo via their "contact us" form on 9/25, seeking a meeting to discuss potentially being a new customer; received their automated email response same day. No call on 9/26. On 9/27 I called the number provided on the auto response. They provided me with the number for the local group (Grapevine). I called the 817 number I was given and spoke with someone at the Grapevine location. The guy was polite and took my information, setting me up for a 2pm call today, 9/28. It is now 2:20pm and I have heard nothing. My email and phone number were confirmed yesterday. If this is how potential new customers are treated, I am terrified to know what it may be like as a paying customer. Very disappointed and have now wasted 4 days in my search for a new IT provider.*Update* Someone from NerdsToGo finally called, 30mins late... for a call with a potential new customer. Talk about a poor 1st impression. Needless to say, this showed me all I needed to know about them. If they cannot be prompt and on-time while courting a new customer, I'd be willing to bet they do even worse once you're signed up.

Quick response. Very professional and fair priced. My home computer was attacked by ransomware, and I thought I lost all data including a lifetime of pictures and videos. They came to my house and restored it all! So grateful in a time of need. Thank you!

At first, they seemed great but turned out to be an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. They had no idea what they were doing-- a majority of the time when I called for help they were clueless. I felt like I knew more than they did (I'm a nurse manager, no experience in IT) and had to offer resolutions because they couldn't think through problems. To top it off, when a storm came through in December of 2022 we had multiple servers and switches go down. As a result, our clinic and surgery center lost internet and phones. Instead of helping us get back online right away, they told us that their "expert" couldn't get out to us for a few days because the only guy that knew anything worked for the corporate office and flew around the country to wherever he was needed. This was followed by another delay due to ordering parts. No alternatives were suggested and I had to resort to figuring it out on my own by ordering 5G through Verizon, wifi cards for all of our phones, and adapters to allow our PCs to recognize the internet. I would give them an extra star for their honestly in returning overpayment that we made to them, except for the fact that we spent SO much money for all of the tickets we submitted only to be told after they arrived on site "oh, we don't know how to fix that". Thankfully we found a new IT company (Total IT in Richardson, TX) and they have been instrumental in fixing all of the issues that the incompetent Nerds couldn't handle.

Very pleased with the repair they did on my son's laptop. Repair was done in a timely manner and they kept me updated on the status of the repair the entire time. I wouldn't hesitate to go back!
