I am not rating this company on it's actual business (though you can learn a lot from the way it handles other situations) but how it is handling a wreck that one of their drivers was involved in with me. We were in a multi vehicle wreck and Josh from Northstar ran into the back of my car. It has been 3 weeks and his insurance company still can't get a hold of him or anyone from Northstar. So most likely what will happen is a denial based on the insurance company being unable to reach the driver. If this is how you handle an at fault wreck I'm sure the way you treat customers is just as bad.
