I recently visited NTB Grapevine and am absolutely thrilled with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with exceptional warmth and professionalism. They took the time to carefully explain my options and recommend the best tires for my vehicle without any pressure.
The service was prompt, and the technicians went above and beyond!
Great customer satisfaction. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. It’s rare to find a quality tire shop with such outstanding service.
I highly recommend a visit to NTB Grapevine to anyone in need of tire services. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future even DT. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

After going to several mechanics and not receiving the service I actually needed I decided to stopped by NTB off of 114. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. David made sure that I knew and understood every detail regarding the issues my vehicle had. He made me feel safe by knowing that he check every possible issue and coming up with a solid solution. Here going forward if I ever find myself needing brake or tire repair this is my location!

This is the only place I will ever take my car for anything! And, Michael has made sure that I have been taken care of and has done so with honesty and courtesy. The day I came to have my car fixed I noticed he was training a young female. It’s refreshing to know she is learning from the best!

I was very concerned when I took my 2019 Mecedes GLA 250 here at this location in Grapevine, but was put at ease...very quickly! Needed to get repair for damage sustained from hitting a curb and cracking the lower support arm, etc. Tension was high until I talked with John at the front and immediately saw he was sincere and honest! Not only did John assure me that they could handle my vehicle, but that his mechanic, Levi, was a fellow Mercedes genius from a former dealership. He was RIGHT! John arranged for Hugh, the service manager, to take me back home instead of waiting. Who does that? I was more than impressed with the attitudes of every employee here, along with how professional they were. What turned out to look like a an expensive repair, was replaced with way less than I could've imagined to pay, along with Johns word of character. This NTB location in Grapevine has the best crew I have ever seen and will continue to come here. Thank you to the guys at NTB Grapevine!
