I had a flat tire and luckily was a block away from NTB on Independenc. Was greeted by Reggie who helped me out from start to finish. Very helpful and professiona-kept me posted on what they were doing and what the cost would be-which was reasonable. Would recommend highly. Thanks Reggie!

My son made an appointment for new tires. He was told it would take about an hour. I took the car in, was out in about 30 minutes. Considerably less expensive than another well known tire store, no hassles, polite and efficient employees, with AWESOME service. Thank you Team for an outstanding visit and service! Definitely will be using them again.

Took my Jeep to NTB today and experienced great service from Chris and the rest of staff. It was very easy to make an appointment online and they called afterward to confirm. Service was very quick and affordable. Thank you!

I arrived 1 hour before closing needing a tire replacement for a size that most do not carry. Chris and Alise were both able to help me solve this issue with no problems. Glad I came across this location when I needed a solution because they provided me with one. I was able to get in & out. Thank you very much!!

Chris Collins is the manager there at the Grapevine Blvd store and he is the sole reason why I do business with NTB. As long as he is there he makes sure my investment is taken care of and I am a customer as long as he is there. Chris is awesome

Chris and his team were my saving grace today. I had just finished working for the day and noticed my tire had gone flat and I didn’t think anyone would be open after 7 but they were , and they were also fast, efficient , and offers friendly service ! 5 stars!
