I wonder if someone can tell me why this particular location is the only location that doesn’t allow you to email a blueprint esque file and print it out, rather than uploading and paying for it online? Why is the email even on display if that’s not what y’all do? Why not a sign saying “We don’t do human interaction, order online and come pick up your poster when we know you’re coming.” It’s a lot for one sign, but y’all have the paper

I went to there at 6:30pm tp print document and de guy told me he had mamy task and cant help me to print really i got there 30 min before close what that means if he has task should to do after close

My father arrived to the location to print documents, I send all by email what I found on the web site also I received code with confirmation
When he arrived documents was not there email is not correct
You employee was not helpful and refused to communicate
So rude and unprofessional

We went to buy a printer and asked for help, the lady at the front asked someone to help “these people”. Calling someone to help “a customer” is more appropriate.

Girl behind print does not know a thing about customer service or how to run print. Coming from Oklahoma where I work at Office Depot in the print department. I come in asking for my design to be printed in a 4x6 size through publisher and im met with attitude being told "we dont format things" when I KNOW that OD can. also met with a "i dont know how to do that". Was rudely given the email and rushed. Never asked for my phone number for my rewards and rushed me to pay. definitely in need of some training in both print services AND customer service. I feel sorry for texans that come in wanting simple print jobs done and are met with this attitude and animosity.

I worked with Laura in the print department to print some brochures and she could not have been more helpful. She took her time, was happy to make some tweaks to the files I sent her so they would look exactly how I wanted them, and was extremely friendly. Although that store is not the closest to my house, I will definitely make the trip to that one so I can work with Laura again.

Print center could not read and print a pdf. PDF stands for "portable document format". Essentially, the format is used when you need to save files that cannot be modified but still need to be easily shared and printed. Today most devices have a version of Adobe Reader or can open a PDF in an Internet Browser. Genius.
