From day 1, Carol and her team have provided the highest quality of service, often going above and beyond expectations. From the technical product knowledge during the purchasing process, to the regular repair/maintenance, Archive has always fulfilled their obligations in a timely and professional manner. I don't print on a set schedule, but usually on short notice, and often need to order supplies last minute. “Daniel helped me and was a great help in helping me pick out an office chair for my wife. She has a very demanding job with lots of sitting, standing, and moving around. Daniel helped to educate me about different types of chairs, and the pros and cons of each. I ended up getting a different style of chair than I had in mind when I walked in the store, but it was a better fit for my wife’s needs. She loved the chair, and it was a great sales experience from Daniel and the staff at Anderson & Worth!”

“My wife and I had purchased two of the ***Shaped" RGB desks. Right off the bat we loved them. We like the fact we can make the *** left or right sided and that the desk has many RGB lighting modes. Well about a month after purchasing, my desks lighting module went out. I reached out via email and got a quick response from Ms. ******** She was able to replace the module in a timely manner as well. Throughout the process, ******* was courteous, nice, patient and very helpful, assuring me that should any issue arise, she would quickly handle it for me. A few days ago, my wife's module went out. I reached out to ******* and she immediately issued a replacement. Again, assuring me that if any issue were to arise, they would handle it. Out of all the companies I have reached out to for issues, ******* and Eureka Ergonomics by far takes the gold. I've never had such timely responses, friendly attitude, and easy they made the whole process for **. 5/5 definitely recommend. I will be ordering more products from them in the future.”

I recorded an email at about 9am that my order was ready for pick up. The pick up process was fast and the print quality (and binding ) were perfect. In addition, the cost was significantly less expensive than Staples and/or Kinkos-FedEx. I will be doing all of my printing going forward at Office Depot! Cannot recommend high enough!!!”

I’ve been to a lot of Office Depot locations in my life, and this one is BY FAR my favorite.
When I say the staff is helpful, I mean every single person in this store is ready to assist you—no hesitation. They’ve got a lot of younger employees here, and let me just say… these are some genuinely nice kids ???. Respectful, polite, and actually willing to help (which is rare these days).
I spend a lot of time in this location, so I get to see how they treat everyone, not just me—and they’re consistently friendly, patient, and efficient no matter what kind of day they might be having.

“I placed a print order online for pickup. The color pages were at first done incorrectly - not printed in the margins so borders were cut off, and some pages that were formatted to print landscape were instead forced printed to portrait. When I brought these pages back in, the print manager Fae was very accommodating. She could tell exactly what had gone wrong with the print selections and offered to re-print the pages for me. I did have to wait some time due to the file size, but when I picked them back up every page was correct. Really appreciated her help and the ease of fixing the problem.”
