From day 1, Carol and her team have provided the highest quality of service, often going above and beyond expectations. From the technical product knowledge during the purchasing process, to the regular repair/maintenance, Archive has always fulfilled their obligations in a timely and professional manner. I don't print on a set schedule, but usually on short notice, and often need to order supplies last minute. EVERY time I've ordered supplies in the last 4 years, I have received my orders accurately, and extraordinarily fast. “Daniel helped me and was a great help in helping me pick out an office chair for my wife. She has a very demanding job with lots of sitting, standing, and moving around. Daniel helped to educate me about different types of chairs, and the pros and cons of each. I ended up getting a different style of chair than I had in mind when I walked in the store, but it was a better fit for my wife’s needs. She loved the chair, and it was a great sales experience from Daniel and the staff at Anderson & Worth!”

“3 years ago, I found DataMax, or should I say, DataMax found me, totally randomly (via a cold call), and this has been one of the best business relationships I have ever experienced. The entire company cares, from my rep to the service department and all points in between. Thanks to my reps, Callie McGee and Ted Roche, we acquired an upgraded printer today, a newer printer with greater capacity, which will be more efficient and fiscally responsible to operate. I am really looking forward to working with Callie, who is taking over for Ted as he moves into a regional management position. Callie is such an asset! They helped me out on a specific color chair I was looking for and honor the price for a different color chair. They even helped me put the chair in my car. The chair I picked because I was needing one to study for my exam. It was great price. And they were really accommodating on my needs. I would definitely go back if i am around the area. Generally, I have pleasant experiences in office depot overall . I hope they don't go out of business due to online retails. Some stuff is just better to buy in person such as office supplies and service than online.”

“I was sad to need a color copy on a Sunday. I hate it when people have to work on Sundays but I really need Real Estate Property Copies!Ashauni assisted me and did an amazing job. She was being rushed by rude customers and continued to be kind through the rush. I will be asking for her hours and will be using this office more frequently as result of her great attitude.I also purchase a set of headphone there instead of ordering online to reward the glad greetings I received at the door by the shift lead. “My wife and I had purchased two of the ***Shaped" RGB desks. Right off the bat we loved them. We like the fact we can make the *** left or right sided and that the desk has many RGB lighting modes. Well about a month after purchasing, my desks lighting module went out. I reached out via email and got a quick response from Ms. ******** She was able to replace the module in a timely manner as well. Throughout the process, ******* was courteous, nice, patient and very helpful, assuring me that should any issue arise, she would quickly handle it for me. A few days ago, my wife's module went out. I reached out to ******* and she immediately issued a replacement. Again, assuring me that if any issue were to arise, they would handle it. Out of all the companies I have reached out to for issues, ******* and Eureka Ergonomics by far takes the gold. I've never had such timely responses, friendly attitude, and easy they made the whole process for **. 5/5 definitely recommend. I will be ordering more products from them in the future.”

“Product didn’t work. All agents are busy, press 1 to leave a message. Pressing 1 does nothing. Store washes hands off as soon as furniture is sold.
Update: I found they have two cords to plug in and I used only one of them. Either I missed that or it was missing in the manual explaining the setup.
I called a different Office Depot customer service and they provided a different number - of their installers, to speak with.
The desk rises but there is still no current in the sockets on the desk”
