  It's always a shock to me that people will cling to policy even at the risk of ruining customer relationships. I had purchased my son four pair of jeans at the beginning of the school year (less than a month ago) and they were not the true to the labeled size. We had washed them and hoped for a better experience but alas no luck. Upon going back to the original store, this one, to hopefully exchange for a refund or even store credit I was met with an abrupt negative response. I didn't bother arguing so I left the jeans with them and walked off. Now I know where I won't be buying clothes in the future to spare myself this disappointment.

  We shopped in the girl section. We found some good items. There wasn't an abundance of inventory in this section. They did have quite a few jean styles. The store was clean and well organized. It is spacious. Check out was easy. We did get hassled to get the store credit card and had to decline it repeatedly after saying no the first time. I don't like to be hassled. Plenty of novelty type stuff on clearance at registers.

  I bought something on a Friday, the draw string broke and they would not let me return it the next week. They don't even uphold to the old navy policy. Complete joke of a manager

  Old Navy should send them more line making equipment so they have better signs and queue guides instead of the random display shelves pushed together. Because of holiday shopping, the sizes at this location where no longer continuous.

  Corporate really needs to get involved here in this location Store MANAGER was very unfair. Claimed i couldn’t get the last pjs on the mannequin but I walked out passed again and took it off for a customer that had the same pair but couldn’t give me the one they had displayed. She saw me pass by and look at her give it to the other girl, at this point this OLD NAVY IS RACIST. I was very upset because no other store carries that pj and it was the last one but choose another customer and lied straight to my face saying CANT take it off the mannequin.

  Store was nice and well organized but one of the workers there was very rude to me. Ended up just putting my stuff back and left cause I didn’t want to spend any money there.

  Store is good , wish it had price check machines like other stores . They dint even give me super cash voucher when I shopped for 25$ plus they said they dint had the 10$ off voucher only has 20$ one but i did not shop for 50$ so they dint give me. Even as a courtesy they didn’t give the other voucher ! This was on 9/9 evening.
