I recently visited the O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Grapevine, TX on Park Blvd because my son's car battery had died. I want to give a big shoutout to Ronny, who I believe is the manager. He was an absolute joy to work with!
Despite the sweltering 95-degree heat, Ronny personally helped my son replace his battery and did so with a fantastic attitude. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out.
Even though this location is a bit out of my way, the exceptional service we received makes it well worth the trip. I’ll definitely be returning to this store in the future. Thank you, Ronny!

I had the best experience today at this O’Reilly Auto Parts store! The gentleman at the store were very helpful and Ronnie that works there was awesome and a true blessing! He went above and beyond to assist with my car outside. He even did things he didn’t have to like wipe down my car lights so I could see better at night. I didn’t even know there was a film on my lights. He also gave me water while working on my ac. I will never go to an Autozone ever again. I’ll forever be loyal to O’Reilly Auto Parts after today. The gentleman that was working at the register was also very helpful. Great store and great people!

I was having car battery problem. After a neighbor jumped my battery, I went to O'Reilly to get a battery. Jordan came to my rescue! He took the time to replace old battery (and it took some time). And all the while, he was very polite and friendly; I was so grateful and he got my car working.

Came in today and was being helped and the manager proceeded to help the man who came in after me before finishing helping me. Customer service needs work.

Mr Bryon and Mr Manny were such superior employees. Mr Manny knows a thing or two about some cars and I was very happy to have him assist me.
If I do ever need service, I would definitely go back there!

I had the have the battery replaced in my Mini yesterday, and I had an amazing experience. This car is TINY, and very much a pain to work on. Manny was super patient and kept a fun attitude even though it was not an easy job. Highly recommend this location!!

Had quite a bit of car trouble lately with my alternator and my battery and Ronny was there to help me out. If you ever need to help with you’re car go here and ask for Ronny, he’ll get you all worked out.

Asst. Manager Ronny is AMAZING! First of all, there’s not waiting. You’re greeted and helped as soon as you pull in. I needed help changing my windshield wipers, it was raining so bad and I couldn’t even see driving home so I pulled over here. I have really bad car PTSD from a near fatal childhood car accident that happened on a rainy day, so I’m petrified of driving in the rain, especially if I can’t see! He came outside, changed my wiper blades (I already had them purchased from before) IN THE RAIN! & told me to be safe. He’s the Dad/ uncle all us girls need at a time like this! Thank you so much RONNY! God bless you ❤️

I needed to install a new battery for my Key Fob. Mr. Manny and Mr. Greg worked the Key Fob, removed the old and installed the new battery for me. Outstanding customer service…O’Reilly Auto Parts are very fortunate to have theses two gentlemen working for them.

Randy went above and beyond to help us today. What a great asset to the O’Reilly store he is! We went to have my battery tested because my car wasn’t starting today and to confirm what battery, we had to get the battery out. With his help and expertise, we were able to get the new one installed before even leaving the parking lot, which saved us from being down a car the entire day. So thankful he helped us today!
