My wife bought clothes last week, tee shirts and sweaters. She had to return them and found out they actually dont do refunds, only store credit or exchange. The staff was clueless... the worst store ever she will never go back!

Could you help me fix?" one lady came I trying to help her she said " Next time don't let kid touch ?" im sorry . I told him don't touch it , but he didn't listen .

Really love Papaya as a customer! Clothes is affordable & cute. The store is always clean & organized. I would disregard negative reviews as ive read reviews made public by some of these people & to be honest they just seem to be whiney people. The only thing I could complain is the store policy that their corporate has established, as it doesn't offer refunds only in-store credit. *not employees fault* so take it easy Karens. ?

I would give zero star for ppl who work here especially Manager -Alisson Carrissa and her employee Alissa or whatever - she doesn't know a thing how to locate a single invoice.. hope they receive good training at least on their system. Seriously, with original invoice, they can't locate the bill in their system. Telling that this is a different system. Wow!! They asked me to wait for next day to process it as they dont know. Secondly it took them 50mins to understand Their system. Lastly when they processed, they credited back as store credit however I told them 100 times what's written in invoice. After the damage they hv done, they just laughed n wasted my whole previous 1 hr. Pathetic ppl n their services. Waste!
