Took my Porsche here and would not take it there again. Originally took it there cause of rear damage and rear passenger door damage. Originally quoted $13000 but after much back and forth with my insurance. The total bill came out to over $19000. I thought, well, ok, it's a Porsche. There were some question on why both of my rear quarter panel glass needed to be replaced, as both were not broken. No reason was given other than, "your insurance approved it". They were originally tinted, so that added to my cost. So when car was done and it came time to pay. For obvious reasons, they didn't take a credit card. My guess was they did not want to pay the processing fee. They only took debit. Which all banks limit your daily spend to $5000. Luckily I had two account that I could pull $5000 from each. They rest I convinced them to put on my card and I would pay processing fee. I just wanted my car out of there. Whatever it took, I didn't care. The only reason I took it there was because I bought my car from the Porsche dealers there and had a pretty nice experience there. Not so for the collision center. Next time I need bodywork done will take to Park Place Porsche. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, nope you ain't getting a chance. Fishy with all caps. FISHY

They are highly Professional shop and did their to keep me updated. The collision shop and me lost due to inexperienced progressive agent assigned to my case named Kyle.He neither his Manager, Jonathan kept me informed and salvaged my car without giving me any option. No option to use another shop!Have you ever heard this? This is after progressive send me an approval email that they are going ahead with repair.Have you ever heard this ?I highly recommend Collison shop folks Raul & his manager Mark but I suggest run away from progressive insurance.Their senior leadership Mr. Doyle McCarthy called me to apologize for the big mistake progressive had done but what’s the point , my damage is done and I lost my car.Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience working with Cale at the collision center, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I will definitely recommend family and friends to work with him when they need it. Thanks Cale!!Service: Body & Trim

They made my car like brand new and since my car is apparently aluminum (who knew?) this was the only repair company for my type of vehicle. I was not disappointed. I was also humored that two friends just happened to be dropping off their precious vehicles at the same time so this must be the place! Thanks Raul for handling my insurance and pushing through to get it all approved.

Saul was the person who handled all of my cars needs. He kept me informed throughout the entire process including dealing with my insurance company. He had given me an estimated completion date which was 4 to 6 wks and my car was finished in 4 weeks. Saul took his time and explained everything to me so that I would know exactly what was going on with the repairs and insurance. Although I told him I was in no rush fir my car because I had a rental, he still called and texted every couple of days or do. Thanks for all the updates Saul..lol!!! Everyone at Avondale were really nice, friendly and helpful...I will use their services again.Melinda S.Services: Painting

Let me start off by saying as much of a pain the process is dealing with some folks, AJ, the ladies at the front desk, and the technicians made this a very painless process. The team at Avondale is top notch and my man AJ was the best. He kept me informed on every step in the process of making my Mercedes whole again. If you own a Mercedes and you need collision repair or just OEM certified work performed, you’re foolish not to take your vehicle here. I am very grateful to AJ and his team for the most pleasant experience I have ever had having to have a car repaired. Thank you so very much!Service: Body & Trim

Raul was great in recognizing and appraising the damage to my car. Unfortunately, the car was totaled. The work on the card I’ve seen looks great.

Don't service your car here unless you don't want to see it for three months or more. Oh, and if you don't want an extra $700 charge because they didn't communicate their above-market labor rates. I'm disappointed in Lexus for recommending Avondale to me. They wasted over a month going back and forth with my insurance company and then lost my car keys once they finally started the repair (which they didn't apologize for). When I asked to get my car while they deliberated with insurance, they said it was already disassembled (probably a lie). They are extremely hard to get ahold of and will only send vague messages about the status of your repair. They even hung up on me when I last called to ask! Would NOT recommend Avondale

I had my car towed here because I had an incident and the engine wouldn't shut off nor could I put it in any other gear so with that being said, I was told that there will be no repairs unless I authorize it so after getting the estimate quotes I decided to get a second opinion from another place but instead, I was told it will cost me more Much more to have my car moved to a different location than it would for me to have it repaired. There made me feel so uncomfortable as if I don't have a choice in the matter of getting another opinion on a price that's comfortable for my budget, then after being told that the phone was hung up in my face Totally unprofessional this is the reason being for my writing customer service is unacceptable. The price is too high and then I'm being charged anyway for disassembly of my bumper, which is still a quote you had to take the bumper off in order to see the damage which was part of the quote now you want $400 prior to that you want it $1300 this is insane

***UPDATE*** There was another issue found after the vehicle was "repaired." The driver side rear door panel was not secured properly, resulting in me having to bring the vehicle back in for the 3rd time after being told the vehicle repairs were completed. BEWARE OF AVONDALE COLLISION. CLEARLY, THEY DO NOT QC THEIR WORK. IF THE WINDOWS AND TRIM ARE NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED, HOW CAN WE TRUST THEIR CRAFTSMANSHIP ON THE PARTS YOU CAN'T SEE. BE SURE TO THOROUGHLY EXAMINE YOUR VEHICLE AFTER THEY TELL YOU IT'S READY. OR DO WHAT I SHOULD HAVE DONE AND TAKEN IT TO A MORE CREDIBLE COLLISION REPAIR FACILITY. Very unfortunate experience. My situation may or may not be unique. I have USAA and they are not a partner-insurer with Avondale. That being said, I chose to take my vehicle there based on the vehicle being a newer-premium model. My initial estimate from USAA was roughly 1K worth of work and during the vehicle drop-off after I was in the rental, it was breezed over that their rates are higher than what USAA pays (75$ vs. 55$). The rate was negligible because the initial estimate was only 1K. After disassembly, the quote shot up to roughly $6500, which means the rate difference became a much larger amount than expected. Now I'm left with a vehicle that's disassembled, a difference that I'm responsible for and storage fees I would have to pay if I chose to have the vehicle repaired somewhere else. I chose to continue with the repair and deal with insurance on meeting Avondale in the middle at 65$. When I picked up the vehicle after it was ready, the vehicle smelled extremely musty. In addition, the running board was already missing a plastic bolt that was broken - it was repaired immediately, but this just shows me that their QC process is questionable. Lastly, there was a scuff on the interior roof liner and a knick on the door panel. Beware and do your research. I assumed because I was taking my vehicle to a high-end repair shop, my experience would be different than taking it to other traditional repair shops but I was wrong. They just charge more and provide the same service...
