We have been remodeling a lake house in East Texas, but I do not like ordering lighting and fans online without seeing the quality and getting my questions answered. Madeleine and Passion Lighting are set up to explain everything and make the decisions easier. I have always been impressed with this store, but they have now surpassed expectations in a world that has become all “self-help.” I needed more help, and Madeleine was always a step ahead - no other lighting store in this area compares in customer service to a random walk-in. Do yourself a favor and visit them first!

We recently decided to replace some of our builder's grade light fixtures and had the pleasure of working with Madeleine at Passion Lighting in Grapevine. Could not have been more impressed with their service and products. She was professional, knowledgeable and attentive to all my questions. Madeleine took the time to understand my vision and provided fantastic expert recommendations to choose from for my kitchen, entryway and dining room. She printed out all these so that we could take them home and decide. The quality of the lighting fixtures is outstanding. Along the way the owner (Bruce) helped us to select new bulbs for our recessed lighting in the living room. What truly sets Passion Lighting apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They offer high-quality products, not cheap box-store items, that cater to many different styles and preferences, ensuring that every customer finds exactly what they need. I highly recommend Passion Lighting to anyone looking for top-notch lighting solutions. Cannot wait to see them installed.

They are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Only open till 5 pm during the week. Basically, they aren't open when people are actually off work

Obnoxious, rude and threatening owner. My wife found the same items at HALF price online at a different vendor and the owner of this sorry place went ballistic on her. Started yelling at my wife, saying how dare she look online to see if the prices are fair. Said that he wasted so much time (20 minutes) explaining to her what lights do what. These guys are hustlers, if you bought stuff here you probably overpaid by a lot. Building a house, we bought 80 canned lights. Wont buy stuff from them on general principle now.

We have tried several lighting companies in DFW. Passion is by far the best in terms of responsiveness, professionalism, work quality, price, and making sure we are satisfied. We have worked with them on indoor and outdoor lighting, ceiling fans and landscape lighting. Bill does a great job establishing our requirements and putting together the plan, which we have always been satisfied with. Will, our installer/technician is GREAT at his job! He is always on time, goes above and beyond, and very attentive to detail. If there is ever a need for an adjustment, he finds time to make it right. Very delightful man. And finally, Daniel the Svc Mgr is very engaged and committed to solving problems and providing solutions. Our experiences with Passion lighting have all been positive and we will continue to use and recommend them.

I was in the area so dropped by Passion Lighting looking for someone to bounce lighting ideas off of. Mr. Bruce spent a solid 20 minutes talking to me and my son, brainstorming lighting logistics for a tricky outdoor spot, and helping us with a solution that he wasn't even selling. I appreciated his time, professionalism, and expertise which he freely gave. I will be coming back for all of my lighting needs; their showroom was beautiful and impressive.
