**URGENT**
I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who speaks limited English and cannot fully understand contracts. She is a hardworking single mom with health issues, works nights, and a low income earner. Unfortunately, Pelladfw representative, Tyler, convinced her that she needed new windows. If you saw inside of her house windows would be last on her priority list!!! She was convinced into signing for a loan and contract for over $5,000 for only three windows, which is outrageous!!! The salesman, Tyler, and the manager, Mario, insisted that “it’s in her contract,” ignoring the fact that she cannot read or comprehend it. The salesman never informed my mom that she had three days to cancel the contract. I came to find out a week later when speaking on the phone with my mom. If I had known about this I would have told her absolutely “NO!” for her financial well-being based on her current living circumstances but because she was alone and does not have a husband. She was enticed!!
To make matters worse, the company’s call center told us the contract would be canceled and voided and that someone would call us and have the voided contract signed, but that turned out to be a LIE!!!. Mario, one of the mangers,
later called and stated they would not cancel the contract. The phone call is recorded and monitored on their end and my mom was on the line with me when the female representative spoke with us.
This was an unsolicited sale—my mom did not contact them for windows . They approached my mother at home and convinced her to take out a loan that she cannot afford!!
I have asked to speak with the highest manager in position, left a message on Mario’s phone as well. I am asking for PellaDFW management to do the right thing and cancel my mom’s contract. This is an unfair practice and a disgrace. I will stand up for my mom!! If you see Pelladfw representative walking your neighborhood or knocks on your door do not answer!! Tell your loved ones not to answer as well.

Only giving a 1 because a 0 is not an option.
We reached out to the company at the home and garden show because we were needing our back sliding door replaced. They said they couldn’t provide us a quote there but they will send someone out to take measurements and provide us with quotes. That’s when sales consultant Ernie came out the next day. From the start I let him know no purchase would be made, that we reached out to get a quote because we are needing the door replaced soon. When he asked what I was looking for I informed I
Him either sliding door or French doors. He proceeded to make multiple comments about it being expensive, my French door would be more expensive, and “his time is money.”
Look- I reach out to a company for a service not for someone to assume what is expensive to me and not provide me a quote for the doors I’m wanting simply because he thinks they’re too expensive for me. He made assumptions and comments on low credit not even knowing my credit score. Asked what my ethnicity was and said “hope you’re cooking something traditional for dinner”
I have never kicked anyone out of our home but the day Ernie went would be the first. Never have I experience such disrespect, if someone reaches out for a service I expect professionalism and respect. Not for you to assume things that do not belong to you as a consultant.
Needless to say, I will enjoy my French doors through a different company.

We weren’t really in the market for new windows but had someone knock at our door one day…next thing we know, we’re signing up for new windows. First, these aren’t your cheap windows that you can buy from some random manufacturer, there is a heavy price tag that comes with their product but their customer service and attention to detail is what sold us. There’s always that saying “buy once, cry once”. You get what you pay for.
From start to finish, everything went without a hitch, our sales guy Kerry, was knowledgeable, friendly, and kept things casual (meaning, he wasn’t pushy or breathing down our necks). He was there through the entire process and always responded quickly. The installer team was also amazing. David and his team were very respectful of our space, they explained to us what they were doing and at one point, we ran into a little issue with the trim and gap around our windows, and he assured us, Pella would get that handled. And they did! We were kept in the loop of what was going on and Pella reached out with every milestone we hit and overall, it was just a great experience. We look forward to getting a few more windows done down the road. Thank you everyone at Pella!!

We had all of our windows replaced with Pella, 26 total. We are very happy with the outcome due to two individuals. The sales person, Alisa McChristian, and the installer Ian F., who was subcontracted by Pella. Ian is with 3 Brothers Windows and Siding, a certified Pella installer. Alisa was very knowledgeable, efficient and non-pushy. She listened and recommended the right product based on our focus of blocking the sun. She also acted as the Pella project manager when there was an issue or question. A couple of windows had a defect and she took care of it with Pella. Pella came out a couple months later and replaced the glass. Alisa was top notch and I would definitely recommend her!
On the installation end, Ian was very professional, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. It was evident that the team of three took great pride in their work. They made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction before they left. I would definitely recommend them!

It is not how you start, it is how you finish. My sales associate, Alisa McChristian, was wonderful. She was a bright light who has a vast knowledge of Pella's products, and who really listened to my needs and did not try to up-sell me. She made sure that I purchased exactly what I needed.
Unfortunately, my installation did not go smoothly. This is where Alisa really shined. She made sure that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction, and under warranty (one of my doors was even replaced!). Alisa was amazing.
I would highly recommend Pella, and ask for Alisa, she is the best!

What a terrible experience - and a complete lack of regard for our pets’ safety! We hired Pella to replace all our windows and two doors. The salesman was nice and helpful. He explained that the installation would take two days. We have two indoor only cats and inquired as to how we can best keep them safe. Pella assured us that they would work with us. Long story short, the crew arrived, told us the install would be done in one day and proceeded to rush the entire job and ignore our wishes. They disregarded signs on doors and provided many chances for our cats to get out. They told us a room was done, so we moved the cats in there, only to find that the window in there didn't even close, let alone lock. They told us they would return to fix it tomorrow, then changed their mind and asked us to move our cats again so they could remove the window. After we chased our skittish cat around the room, ultimately being unable to get her and traumatizing her, they decided they didn't need to remove it after all. They gave us two scratched doorknobs, screens that don't sit right, and splintery trim. I called our project coordinator to report the issues, and HE DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME BACK. Zero communication throughout this whole process. Honestly, we are unsure of what quality we will get after all this and wish we had paid a lot less for Window World.

Sales man caught me while I was outside gardening despite no soliciting sign in door. I did say I was interested but asked specifically for them to not call me and asked for his contact instead. He would NOT let me go. He signed me up for an appointment despite telling him multiple times I don’t want an appointment, I guess they have a quota to reach. Would not take no for an answer, someone texted me for the appointment I don’t want and I told them to take me off the list. They confirmed they did but now they won’t stop calling me despite me asking them to stop.
I’ve been interested in Pella windows for some time, and likely would have upgraded eventually. However, I will no longer be looking at this company due to their pushy tactics and inability to take a no. Either drop your stupid quotas for your sales people or give them repercussions for signing people up that don’t want your services.

Terrible service. Do not use them.
It’s a mistake to do business with Pella windows.
Window installed and 1 side foggy. Called Pella and the Pella staff asked for the series number, we could not find the number. They said will send the text to help us find the series- “ no big deal” they said, never received any thing.
We put so many calls and request was put online, as told. No one responded. Too long waiting on the phone to call, none answer the phone.
If they can’t do, just tell the true to customers.
Once again, do not install the windows with them.

Dalton explained the process to the tee! Installers were professional, proficient and completed the job in one day. The windows block out the noise! Unbelievable and the windows and door changed the whole look of our home. Best decision ever made!

Anthony at Pella Grapevine was on time and perfect with his delivery of windows and door estimate request. He measured all 20 windows. He explained in detail without over talking or over selling the job. His visual presentation made it very clear why Pella is the best. The red heat lamp with the glass samples is what closed the deal for me.
This helped me understand how much heat will be blocked as he showed me with a reader as a watched the numbers fall to 0 reading!!
Having Pella install in my opinion is a MUST!
I’ve been around the construction business for over 30 years and it’s best to get the manufacturer to install because if you use another installation company, they will blame it on the manufacture. The manufacturer will blame it on the installer and you will not get anything done.
Pella in Grapevine for the WIN!
Hope this helps someone somewhere.
Perfect job Anthony!!!

Had a fixed window installed by Pella completely shattered by folks performing yard work. Contacted Pella to get a quote to replace it and have been given nothing but the runaround. First, the customer service is horrible- I’ve called twice over the past two weeks and have been on hold at least 1 hour each time. Via an email, I was asked to submit photos of the window- interior and exterior- which I did. Then I was asked to locate the serial number, which I could not find. I told them that may be because the window was completely shattered, so I cannot a serial number. I told them that if they needed the serial number that bad to give me a quote, perhaps they should send a rep to my house. Keep in mind they have my order on file. Pella responded that they could send a rep to my house to locate the serial number for $200! Unbelievable. I have been waiting almost two weeks just to get a quote, which makes no sense when they have acknowledged that they have my order on file and in their system!

Pella Windows and Doors of Grapevine created an error on my Window order and would not fix it. A huge change that they found a way around . Very very unhappy. Do not use them. They do not stand behind their salesmen’s errors
