It's ok. I'm just disappointed with how some of the animals are treated. There's 1 ferret completely depressed cause he's all alone. One of the hamsters is losing his mind cause he won't stop going back and forth in the same spot. Some of the beta fish are clearly dead. I love going to PetCo but please take care of your animals. They have hearts and souls. Very sad to see some of them this way.

The staff are the best they treat you super nice never have a disappointment every time that I go get life feeders they are in a great condition.

I’ve always been a bigger fan of PetCo than Pet Smart. Petco has a better and more diverse inventory of products, including for exotic pets. I have Ferrets and Petco has always maintained a good selection of Ferret foods, treats and toys.

The staff here is very helpful. It was my first visit to the location. The layout was very different than my local Petco and much larger. If you're looking to buy dog food, be prepared for a bit of an indoor hike.

I take my girl beagle Charli in to the Petco grooming area in Grapevine. Fantastic experience every time! They do a great job in addition to being very attentive to her needs, especially when she gets her nails trimmed.

The store looked empty of people when we entered. No employees or customers in sight. After a few minutes of hanging about in the first section, we were able to get some assistance and complete our purchase. The store associate was friendly and helpful.

They always have a great selection and everything is always in stock!! Also love that they are not judgmental.
Only issue is that they seem to be very understaffed, all the time. I’ve been waiting for assistance at the animal enclosures several times when there are 7+ people waiting in the checkout line. I’ve spent 20min waiting for cashier to be able to get to me.
A few times I’ve seen other employees around who dodge into the back area of the store when I try to ask for their assistance, and when the 1 cashier is overwhelmed I’ve heard her call for assistance only for nobody to show up to help.

We used petco for the first time today to groom our golden doodle. We just moved to the area not long ago and our boy was so matted from having to wear a cone for an extended period of time. Rachel worked MAGIC. We are so happy to have found someone to groom our guy! Everyone was so kind and they loved on our guy and took extra care of him for us.

This place was what you expected to be. It’s a pet store. The workers are very friendly and very helpful. They went out of the way to help me at the checkout while using a gift card. I would definitely go back.
