LUMI did my 10 month old babies ear piercing. She was sooo sweet and welcoming. Guided us throughout the entire procedure in detail, and gave us after care instructions. She welcomed all our questions and concerns and was so patient with us. She was absolutely great and i highly recommend her. Our daughter stopped crying and was completely fine within 2 mins of having her ears pierced. I am very grateful for our experience with LUMI.
