Had a great experience with Fred and platinum Auto Glass. I needed a replacement for a leaky window and I needed it quick. Not only did they get to me quickly, Fred showed up with a genuine MOPAR back glass.Fred and his helper were polite, professional, and efficient. I haven't had a chance to "test drive" it yet, but it looks great. I'd definitely recommend Platinum to for your automotive glass needs!

My commercial truck had the front windshield glass broken and I had to replace it immediately because I had to leave to another state the next day, I contacted them to see if they could replace that and they did not hesitate to tell me that they would repair it the same day, Attention top quality, human people with the desire to continue being better every day, 1000% recommended!! I submitted an online quote request on Sunday evening, recieved a voicemail first thing Monday morning, called back on Tuesday and my windo was installed on Wednesday. Everyone from the receptionist to the installation specialist were friendly and professional. I was shocked that they came to my work and then, when they had to go all the way back to get a different size window, they offered to bring my truck to me at home!!!! They even vaccumed out the glass that was still in the truck! One of the tech's noticed a dent on the side door, and while waiting he pushed it out and you can't tell there was one there!!!
