Ralph and Ken were amazing!!! Ralph assisted me over the phone which led me to come in the store and get some big and tall apparel, which is extremely hard to find! I was then helped by Ken during my checkout and that was an extremely pleasant experience. Thank you both for making my day and I can't wait to comeback during black Friday for even more clothes!!!!!

Based on my experiences here, this store was pretty decent overall. Customer service was really good; friendly employees. Prices are reasonable, depending on the items you purchase. Clearance ones are the best since they had an additional discount incentive. This store is located near the Rainforest Cafe. Would recommend and would return.

I love their clothes but a few of their sales associates are just too annoying. Be aware of miss T, she was trying to order me stuff online because store didn’t have my size, looked very frustrated that I didn’t wanted to order before I try it in person. She basically did nothing for me and still was trying to make me give her name when I check out so she can get the benefit of whatever that does. I wasn’t going to give her name because she was simply annoying the whole time I was near her but she came to the register to make sure her name gets points or credit. I was so pressured and uncomfortable. The cashier was inattentive and not helping at all as well. Overall store experience was bad and I do not recommend going to this location.

This is a review from September 4, 2023 Labor Day weekend. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran and my Sales Tax Exemption Card was not accepted because the manager mentioned that “it was only for Native Americans!” So I was only offered a military discount which makes no sense! What type of policy is this by Polo Company? It seems discriminatory. I served my country for 22 years and I my sales tax should have been applied! My family and I shop in Grapevine a lot and I was very surprised they had a policy like this! I am definitely going to write corporate office about this! All the employees in the shop were respectful and helpful, but it’s ridiculous that a policy like this even exist! If it is exactly true!

Good selection of products. Friendly and helpful employees. Some merchandise was on Sale. I signed up online and got 15% additional discount. Bought couple of things, happy with the purchase!

Everyone was very helpful. The store was very clean and the clothes were in excellent condition. The man who checked me out was excellent, friendly and was careful with the shirts.

Went a couple days ago and had many workers assist me with my shopping! I had a great experience and when I went to the register the young lady Priscilla checked me out and I had a wonderful conversation with her. The cherry on top experience !

My recent encounter with the checkout employee “Britney” was incredibly disappointing. From the start, she displayed a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. Britney didn't greet me or even acknowledge my presence, making me feel unwelcome. Throughout the checkout process, her attitude remained unfriendly and indifferent. It is truly disheartening to receive such subpar service at a reputable brand like Ralph Lauren. I sincerely hope that management takes appropriate action to address this issue and improve the overall customer experience.
