Super easy to schedule, convenient location, super staff! I have used Quest several times and all my visits have been great. Very prompt and quick attention and service...the check-in via text message link was awesome!

I had a good experience at this quest. I made an appointment online. When I arrived, they had a sign on the door saying they are not taking walk ins because their other computer is broken. I’m not sure if that was just for the day I went or always but something to keep in mind. I was able to find a lot of different appointment options online so I would recommend to just make one! Once I got there, I checked in on the tablet and was called back to get my blood drawn within 5 minutes. The lady who drew my blood was so friendly and kind and made small talk and made sure I was okay before leaving. Overall a good experience.

I was nervous about coming to a Quest lab because the locations closest to me had terrible reviews, but wanted to say I had a great experience at this location. I was very nervous to get my testing done but both ladies were exceptional and very caring! Also the wait time was not long at all, I was in and out very quickly! Will drive farther to go to this location for future labs!

They don't really open at 7:30am. Two workers walked up right at 7:30am, went in and locked the door behind them. As they walked up you could hear moaning so I looked up from my phone to see what it was. It was one of the women rolling her eyes that there were four people already waiting. They finally opened the door at about 7:35am and told everyone that they do not take anyone back until 7:40am. Just makes you think if they hate their job that much maybe they need to find something else.
Update: I did not get the lady that was rolling her eyes and moaning. I got the other lady and she was very nice and did a great job. She did not have a name tag on so I cannot tell you her name.

Very poor employee service, attitude, and very low professionalism. First the lady showed up and not even a good morning. Second no appointment available since Friday, I decided to walk in and take my risk to wait, got there early (30mins) and two more walk ins showed up with the same plan in case there was a chance, after she opened the office door, came out and told us that she was not going to accept any walk in patients, no exceptions. There was no one for 7:30 and she still didn’t make the effort to even take one person in. I can understand that she was by herself but she can at least put a bit of effort into first attitude, and job. I stayed around for an extra 10 minutes and no one showed up. Must be good to cash up on her phone while getting paid not to do what she signed for.

I set up an appointment at the Southlake office using their automated scheduling system. Showed up on time only to discover that that location is closed indefinitely. I tried to call the Grapevine location to see if I could come, but it’s IMPOSSIBLE to speak with an actual human through their phone system. Rushed over to Grapevine where the employee promptly turned me away. She just gave me the number to the automated system that got me into this mess in the first place. I understand you want to get home at the end of the work day, but I DID get there before closing time. I’m hauling my kids all over trying to get labs done for a sick kid. Help a stressed mom out. Thanks for wasting an hour and a half of my day, Quest Diagnostics!

Today, the tech told that she always shows patients their estimated balance prior to bloodwork. She has never shown me an estimated statement for bloodwork prior to the draw. Such time consuming errors.

Best blood draw experience. I had an appointment. I got called back within 2 minutes of checking in. The woman who did my blood draw was kind and explained things I needed to know. She was also kind to my 9 yr old son with me, and interacted with him. Needle went in without a problem. It was worth the one hour drive to go to this particular Quest! My only issue was finding it, because GPS directs to outside Tom Thumb and says I'm there. Go to pharmacy section inside store- Quest is next to pharmacy.

Check in was easy and fast. I've always had issues drawing blood but Rubin drew my blood without any issues. Found it in one pain free shot. Didn't hurt one bit. I wish he was not a floater and permanently at the Southlake location. He's awesome!!
