Saturday December 21, 2024. Over 125 people in the store with 20 in the checkout line. Only TWO cashiers! It is taking more than 4 minutes per transaction! It took over an hour to buy two pairs of shoes! Never shop here!

This is the last time I come here to buy shoes ever again.
Nothing is labeled the correct price, and when you question them about it at checkout, the employees just want to have an attitude. They have to walk back there and prove to you that you are wrong and let it be known to you, that you are wrong. This store has gone so downhill. Sad because this was my family’s go to especially at the beginning of the school year for our three kiddos. We will find somewhere new to shoo for shoes moving forward.

If there was a new place where I went to change my shoes, the other place was no longer there, so here the place is incredible, they treated me with kindness and respect. I recommend it to the ? don't hesitate and find everything

I spent 100 dollars on 2 pairs of shoes for my son the more expensive ones started peeling the first time he wore them I figured it was fine since it's towards the bottom but today the second time he wore them the bottom half is cracking. He's only 15 months old so he doesn't do too much walking or wearing shoes they shouldn't be damaged already.

lousy service, they do not help you find what you want and do not give importance to customers as they discriminate against them, one is going to buy not to ask for a gift
