Hillary and Blair have amazing customer service and went above and beyond to take care of me! I had some old boots that needed to be replaced and they made sure I got what I needed by helping me try on and order new boots that would last me for a long time. I appreciate all of their work and am definitely a loyal customer at their location!

Such a great shopping experience!! The ladies were so attentive and got me fit perfectly using the foot scanner, we don’t have that here in Germany. Wore them last night for a night out in the Netherlands with my wife and it was her first time seeing them on, she said they looked great.

This franchise is owned by Blair and the Golden Retriever...Scottie. I walked in using a cane, asked for the Silversmith in black size 7. None in stock but she had the copper in stock and I could try on and she would be happy to special order the black boots. She was so kind.....let me try on the boots...lace myself....walk around...I left with the copper color.....it's gorgeous. PLEASE PLEASE visit this location for the best service and to see the dog....because....doggo. Oh and those boots. I can walk now.

I was greeted by the beautiful fur babies, which I enjoy. Like always it was just a pleasure dealing with this particular store. I went in looking for my typical work boots ended up finding slippers for my boys toboggans for the daughter-in-law’s. I will drive past a red wing store to get to this one because of the customer service and friendly attitude.
