Makenna was extremely helpful! I had a very interesting ask in ordering key cylinders for a specific door handle. She was very responsive, helpful, and professional!I needed her to come through for a customer who was really on my back and she did! Totally made my Monday!

Update: we run businesses as well. Only your company seems to deal with the supply chain issues still. I'll ask my neighbors to see if they are also waiting for their hardware. In this case, a simple apology goes a long way. I wouldn't make excuses to my customers especially if things got delayed by more than 6 months. You screwed other hardware including the entire master bath.------------We closed our home on December 2nd and waited 6 months for wine door handles.They made the wrong size first, then we haven't heard from them for another 2 months, so I directly reached out to them on March 8th and was told that we had to select new ones.The lead time was 8 weeks, and the 8-week lead time is now up, but our builder has no idea when we'll get them.We also experienced problems with our master bath hardware (wrong finishes), and many cabinet hardware pieces were missing and arrived 4 months after occupying the home.Most supply chain difficulties have been resolved, but we're not sure what's going on with this company. Our experience with Rick's Hardware Grapevine was pathetic.I tried not to write this negative review, but 6 months is more than enough time for any company to fix any simple issues such as this. Don't you agree, Ricks Hardware Grapevine?

We needed to replace the door handles in our office. A tech was sent out to get a description of all parts needed. This was over 3 months ago. He came back out for the THIRD time, and still has the wrong parts. If you need something done in a timely manner, you may want to continue researching companies.

Great staff! Lauren is our go to person for our cab locks. Great customer service. We usually buy about 60 locks a month from this company and they are well-made and priced right.

We've been coming here for many years and the quality of the customer service has gone down with each visit. Few months ago we came in and were treated rudely so instead of ordering we just left and bought elsewhere. I think since the kids took over it just has gone downhill

Sales rep Star was able to come over to our house to count and get the close to $10,000 order. After order was place and paid for we had a hard time getting ahold of her. 1 week after the delivery date we had to beg them to bring the order to new house under construction we even had to push back the hardware install crew. There was extra pieces which they will charge you 25% restocking.My builder said he wont use them anymore. You can find most of the things on Amazon.

I've ordered a few things from there, ignoring their big markup and trying to shop local and support a small business. Each time the sales person has ordered an incorrect item, causing a huge delay in my projects (most recent being over 2 months). No apologies for their mistake. Then when my order arrives to their store (if I'm paying for shipping it would be nice to have it shipped to my house), I only know it's in because I am emailing/calling for updates. Have gotten zero communication from the sales person. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. I don't mind paying a bit more if their customer service was excellent, but it's awful.

I have had the best service ordering everything for my home. Starr came to Grapevine and worked with me and then I went into Dallas. Both are beautiful showrooms. Times are super busy right now but Rick's is on top of everything.

We just finished our appointment with Trevor and it was wonderful. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Trevor was the perfect consultant! Not pushy but informative. We have been to so many house appointments and you really start to appreciate people that leave you feeling excited and not overwhelmed! He did a great job at this. We accomplished so much in so little time! We are excited to work with Rick’s hardware further.
