Use to be my favorite arcade but bar service keeps getting worse not better! No one else makes adults get bracelets, (not D&B’s, not Main event, Not anyone) that is a huge time waster, but if you must keep that part get one of the handful of teenage workers that are usually standing around to scan the id and put the bracelet on!!! The bartender needs to be making drinks not doing this part it waste so much time! If that won’t work hire at least 4 bartenders on weekend nights! Also get better signage. You have people waiting in the bar line think it’s the food line so that’s just irritating everyone further! Put signs everywhere this is the bar line only at entrance to line! Make the order food here sign huge! And the order food at kiosks sign bigger and both hang from the ceiling saying order food here or here; something to get people to the right spots! The reason I don’t recommend buying ahead is because you don’t get the free gifts unless you refill your card at the 3rd line area they have! And I love this place but if I have to keep waiting in 20min lines to get 1 drink (could only stand it twice 40min for 2 drinks then hubby says let’s go it ain’t worth this wait!) He’s right ? And since this is the second time this has happened I’ve said goodbye to my favorite claw games ? for now. On the hunt now for somewhere with good amount of claw machines that I’m sure will have a better bar!

They make you sign a contract to bowl. I have never seen anything like this before, and they certainly enforce the contract. My 5 yr old nephew was excited and accidentally pushed his bowling ball down the lane too early, which resulted in the ball being stuck on the lane. We called for assistance and the male employee advised us that this would be our first warning. He said that the second time it happens, we will be forced to leave without a refund. We were in shock and it has convinced us to never bowl here again. We frequent Main Event and Andy B's usually, but made the mistake of trying Round one out on March 14th. If you are looking for a kid friendly place who allows for a small mistake to happen, this is not the bowling experience for you.

Awesome place to have fun especially for little ones! A bit overpriced but it is worth it! There are 3 sections of entertainment. 1. Retro arcades and modern ones along with 4 to 5 air hockey tables. 2. Kids area, where they can build little walls with big and squishy blocks and a ton of tunnels and slides! 3. Claw machines. Like most places the claw machines are rigged. But here me and my sister both won twice in a row on the first try! And there are also VR things that I don't know the name of, but are still very fun! It is sometimes super full but still you can have fun because most people just walk away pretty quickly. Totally recommend if your looking for places to have fun or if you're bored!

Plushee games here are a scam, as expected. Daughter played 10 times on one game and the workers and supervisor won't bat an eye to help. Loosen up!

Loved it for many reasons for starters you can actually win prizes at the claw machines everything is pretty organized and they change out the prices constantly as well as the prize room being well stocked and a large variety of games to win tickets at including a life-size version of Hungry Hungry Hippos and Plants vs Zombies where you play as a peashooter overall is extremely fun and I'm definitely coming again

Round 1 has been my go to for many years- before covid it was a great place- post covid it’s busier but the services have declined. They now have liquor, with 1 guy mixing drinks, serving taps, checking IDs and charging. Line is 30min to 1 hr for 1 drink… because you can’t get more than 1 at a time. Skyler- the bartender- is amazing handling pressure and crowds- feel so bad for him. Food services have removed many items- like pizza when they are busy- they’ve never had the Teriyaky Bowl- Very limited and closing at 10pm when they are open till 2AM… love this place hope it doesn’t end up closing…

Round 1 definitely has more games and activities to offer than any other arcade/event place I've ever been to. It offers so many more games than a place like Main Event or Dave and Busters. The claw machines are addicting and our party of 4 managed to get 6 stuffed animals from them. Bowling was also fun. The only downside to this place is how fast it sucks up your money. We spent almost $300 between us 4 for 5 hours of fun.

Came on a Wednesday, tried to order food for the family they were out of the most Japanese food portion of the menu they only had gyoza and karrage chicken. Ended up ordering chicken strips, fries, buffalo wings, and gyoza. It took a little over an hour to get our food, and for $96 they were all cold. The chicken strips were overcooked and dry, they didn’t have ranch for the buffalo wings. Will give it another try another day but for now 0/10 for the food.

great arcade. All the claw games are rigged, token games are a joke. My son got 20 tickets to redeem in the prize shop, we made a mistake in adding them to the card. He couldn’t get much anyway, but he picked out a starburst 2 pack and the cashier said we didn’t have any tokens. I explained what we did to redeem our tickets, and he said there was no outstanding tickets out there but he could call his manager. I had to ask my 5 year old to put the starburst back, after I spent $46 on the tokens to play with. Been to the location in Atlanta, the claw games were set up the same way. They have the most I’ve ever seen, but all rigged. I’ll never go again.

You have to wait in line for ever to get an adult beverage. Bartenders look like they have an inability to move with any amount of urgency what so ever. Facilities are great, service ruined the experience and we will never be back.
