I just want to warn people about the return process.. I bought two items. I returned one and I got a refund in person. Later, the second item was defective so I try to return that in person, but there was a glitch, and they asked me to call Customer service. Customer service told me to mail it in. The company received the item. I refuse to refund me because in the system it says “already refunded.” So I returned two items and I got money back for only one.
I will never purchase from them again due to this return policy I’m lack of integrity

I just spent 35 minutes, and I'll bring it up to the front and she tells me the fitting room is closed. Then she immediately turns around, grabs the phone and says are fitting room is closed please bring your items to the front to check out. Wow. If you're going to close the fitting rooms at a certain time don't you think you should let the shoppers know? Sadly, this was one of my favorite stores.

Do not buy sunglasses or designer brands … I paid 499.00 for Gucci sunglasses and do have the receipt! Sticker tag removed because I got them to wear them , never have had the opportunity to wear them! I did call and manager said that there was not even sunglasses of that price ! If you are suscribed to their site they do kept record of all that ! They treat customers like crap by the way so don’t buy their sunglasses most of it is defective I have learnerd it in a bad way !
