This place is very unwelcoming. It’s very dark and looks closed, with almost no people here at all. There’s no directory and the hallways are backwards in order making rooms hard to find. The tenants are all individually owned and operated businesses, and do not help with walk-in’s. There is NO receptionist at the facility at all, and no one will stop working to come and greet you. Even though the sign on the building says walk-ins welcome, no one here actually takes or acknowledges walk ins, so they really need to take that sign down, and get rid of the front counter if they aren’t going to have a receptionist. It would definitely feel more inviting if they had a proper waiting area instead of a bench that feels like sitting on a padded brick! Unless you have a stylist or massage therapist here already, I would not suggest just walking in hoping to get a service or even make an appointment.
The whole ambiance is just dark, and gloomy. It’s not well lit and has a dark color scheme, instead of being bright and cheerful like a salon should be! With the lack of tenants, along with an empty concierge desk and no attendant, and no real waiting area, just makes it feel desolate and very unwelcoming.

My visit with Gabriella of LaBelle Etoile was not great.... it was FANTASTIC. She is my HAIR ANGEL! I came to her with an absolute mess on my head. I didn't even have to explain to her what I needed she just knew and after making me some of her amazing French pressed coffee with homemade creamer, she got to work and spent the next couple of hours transforming my hair from a candy corn nightmare to the prettiest buttery blonde that looks so HEALTHY and GORGEOUS. She didn't complain about the time or the effort and you can tell she truly loves being a Stylist. To make my experience even better - Gabriella is truly just a lovely, sweet and funny person! I can't wait to go back and I highly recommend her to everyone!

Christy Luczak is our salon manager and has done a complete turnaround in the building. She has made it cleaner, updated, and always is available to talk and take suggestions to make our work environment be the best it can be. She is the reason I renewed my 3 year lease. Very frustrating being a tenant here for 1 year, make on time payments every week no problem but when i call Lindsey to simply get an understanding of what was told to me before, she is immediately argumentative and rude. I was told “well maybe you should have read your lease better” “you rent from us we dont have to give you anything” sure enough ma’am but now that i’ve experienced what other tenants have from you i can see why there are not many tenants here anymore. Incentives that were once offered to lease are now not an option. I would have to renew my lease after my 2 years to get it. This is ridiculous. Also whatever sign on bonus you agree to BE CAREFUL it will be used against you later.

Gabrielle is absolutely amazing for women’s hair! She made mine look absolutely stunning. I also came to her with multi colored and orange tones and it now looks fabulous. She meticulously perfected it and I couldn’t be happier with it!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Gabriella did my hair today. She did a full Babylight, trim and style. She did an amazing job at taking me blonde. My hair is in great condition and feels healthy and amazing. I've been with her for 10 yrs and I'm never let down. I never worry about her not giving me my hair goals. Love love my hair!! Definitely recommend her for any hair needs.Services: Balayage

I spent over three hours with Gabriella getting my hair done. This was the "highlight" of my day. Another client came in halfway through which made the visit even better. This salon has individual rooms for each service which makes the experience very special but mostly pleasant. Gabriella is wonderful...attentive and pays attention to detail. Thank you kindly!!!

Ask for Sophy at the front desk!! She did my nails and they turned out amazing. She is also super sweet and accommodating.
