Grapevine Sam’s Club is by far one of the best Sam’s Club I’ve ever been to however, I’ve been really disappointed lately in some of the drop in communication.
They’re one of the only Sam’s Club’s that has a car wash. They have a loosely constructed line based on safety cones that are on the far end of the gas station, but no signage to explain what that is.
I haven’t been to wash my car there lately because their line does get extremely outrageous. When I went today, I parked in a familiar spot that seemed to be the end of the soft touch car line for the car wash, the employee on duty saw my car parked in that spot made multiple passes looking but did not attempt to speak to me. I sat in my car for about 15 minutes waiting until I finally got out myself walked all the way to where the employee was hanging out in the room, (no shade here, I understand how hot it is and he’s just trying to keep cool)
My issue is that there’s no signage to clearly indicate where you go whenever you’re supposed to get a car wash. At other places, I would take this as sub-standard status quo, but at Sam’s Club Grapevine I believe that they have the highest level of excellence and it was really disappointing to see that there wasn’t any in this area.
I’m still a Sam’s Club shopper, we’re plus members, we love the experience. Just today, the experience fell short.

Sam's Scan & Go tried to TRIPLE charge me. I'm in a dispute with my credit card company because I had to pay with my debit and they're taking their sweet time. Their automated customer service line is a colossal waste of time for getting a charge reversed.

Tried to get lunch at the Cafe and you can't order there anymore. You either have to download another app or go across the store to place your order. My membership is due and if they're doing this stuff at all sams won't be renewing it.

I like how modern it is with the check out process.

Worst Sam’s club experience I’ve had. I went originally when it opened and they had removed all registers and required card payments only saying they were cashless. A worker would be at the end near the door and had iPads and finger scanners to check your items out. I went back today looking for that’s same experience and was told “sorry we are going to all digital and you have to download an app and check our own groceries out”. I am not a fan of having to download an app to shop at a store - lots of workers standing around near front but none able to check me out. Had to go to this booth off the side of the exit area to get someone to manually check me out. I’m all about giving people options and innovation but forcing people to use an app to check out is crazy.

Our first time at this location. Worst experience ever! My mom who is older Went thru the whole store purchasing groceries and come to find out it’s thru the app only! So inconvenient for people who aren’t tech savvy. At least have a few registers open.

Scan and Go is helpful, but only when there isn't an issue. Today there were many items that would not scan because of a nationwide glitch in the Sam's system. When I told someone they told me registers were available to help. However, there were only three. One was in the return isle where there were five registers but only one could check customers out 🤦🤷. One was in the tire area. Sam's when you throw your eggs into one basket line Scan and Go, you need a backup plan for these types of problems.

Extremely disappointed with the staff at the Sam’s Club in Grapevine. Their behavior was downright rude and unprofessional. There was no courtesy, no willingness to assist, and no sense of customer service. I’ve never been treated this poorly at any other Sam’s Club. Management seriously needs to address how their employees are treating customers.
