I’m writing this review for the food place inside the shell gas station, one of the best real Arabs shawarma you’ll ever find around DFW area, very clean, delicious, served by a great attitude person with a big smile. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to try this Middle Eastern food and specially the shawarma. Wishing those people more success in their business and hope to see them leading one of the Mediterranean’s restaurants in Dallas- Fort Worth.

They are literally scamming people. All of the tags are wrong.. I scanned gum that said 4.99 and it rang up in the computer as 8.00.. then I paid for gas and it stopped at .14 cents and he said it went back to my card when it didn’t. then double charged me. STAY AWAY.

Came in with dry pants. Left with a wet rear that smells like pee. Soaked my wallet that was in my back pocket. How much fluid has to be on the floor/toilet to do that?
3 employees in the store. One cashing. All look like they hate their job. Tall black girl/Hispanic girl and shorter white girl. Only one other customer when I came inside. How poorly managed can a place be that 3 people are working yet the bathrooms have puddles of pee in there? Looking at other reviews this seems to be a common problem.
Probably fine for outside gas, don't go inside if you don't want to leave smelling like pee.

Out of mid and premium. Card won't work at the pump. The lone cashier talking on the phone with a line six people deep. This station sucks.

I gave one star but wish I could give zero. Went in the other day to get a pack of black and mild. They were $5.28 with tax. Went in on 3/11/24 to get another pack and the guy working the am shift started pressing things on the screen and didn’t even scan them. He told me $7.78…he added $2.50 onto the price. What they don’t know is this is price gouging and you can’t just add on whatever you want. I will reach out to Middleton (Black and Mild) and have them look into this. They take people adding that high of a price to their product seriously. This location has already been given packs with the price already on them because they’ve done this before. Watch when they ring something up. There should never be someone typing on the screen and adding to the price. They are literally trying to rob you.

I saw a few ppl grab some stuff cause the girl behind the counter wasn’t paying attention just on her phone. She mad at the world lol. Like around 6pm. But that ain’t my business. It ain’t hers either. Eyes just glued to her phone.

Terrible experience at this Shell station. Broken card reader, filthy restroom without essentials, and a cashier glued to their phone. Neglected outside with standing water and debris. Avoid at all costs.

Drinks are very over priced. They have deals like on the red bulls buy 2 get 1 free. But each 12oz red bull is $5, and they don't even honor the deals. When you get up to the counter they ring you up full price and tell you there's nothing they can do about it. To each they're own. But I won't be stopping here again.

You go in there in the mornings girl supposed to be working the counter is I am assuming her boyfriend hugging on him in pajamas. Do not even ask if you need a bag for your purchase. Would not recommend stopping here at all. Never a manager to speak with
