If we could give them no stars we would! We ordered a pizza - over an hour later - no pizza. We called and asked about our pizza order and we were given the run around and hung up on. We called back - same outcome. We finally called the actual store and they informed us it was out for delivery. We asked the ETA - they said any minute. We were on the phone for over 10 min - no pizza. We asked for a refund. In case you were wondering - we never got our pizza!! Worst service and the commercials are a joke!!!

I was willing to spend the extra few cents a gallon for for the convenience but then i found out I was charged a 2 dollar fee for paying at the pump. Garbage

So employees don't speak they just nod and stare blank at you. Manager is pathetic. Asian lady is a ugly hot mess and very rude. Store stinks and is dirty and nasty

Everytime I come here the workers have never acknowledged me or looked me in the face. There hasn't been one time that I haven't seen them on their phone. Horrible customer service, management needs to get involved here.

They left pizza at door without ringing doorbell. it was ice cold when i found it. there was no sauce at all and I found 1 pepperoni slice. They were defensive when I called and offered no replacement. After 22 years I will find a new pizzaria.

They have yet to refund me my money from last week on Friday... asked for $17 for gas and only needed $14.82 went back inside to collect the difference and before I could even get the words out the man hands me a reciept and says it will be refunded to the debit card I used. When I asked when? he says it depends on your bank. Stopped by Tuesday with my reciept to see if I can just get the difference in cash bc I called my bank and I don’t have a pending transaction from Shell..and the same man working the cash register from last time said they have nothing to do with that contact shell. I contacted shell that same day as soon as I walked out and they told me they have nothing to do with this particular shell bc this location is independently owned. but that they will file a dispute with this shell! It is now Wednesday and I still haven’t gotten my money. They take your money and don’t give it back. regardless of the amount I work hard for my money to just be tooken away. This makes me never want to go too another shell location again. Thanks Mael for stealing my money!

I ordered 4 medium pizzas for our birthday party and kept calling asking where my pizza was and 3 hours later it never showed up. Thanks dominos for ruining my party and keep 7 girls very hungry
