I've been a regular at this Shell station for over 5 years, making stops for coffee, gas, and other essentials on my way to and from work. Lately, I've noticed a remarkable improvement in both the cleanliness of the station and the overall staff attitude since Jiam joined the team.
Every morning, I look forward to seeing Jiam. She truly stands out with her professionalism, poise, and genuine kindness. It's refreshing to see someone who takes pride in their work and makes each customer feel valued. Her positive demeanor sets a great tone for the day!
If you're in the area and need a quick fill-up or a great cup of coffee, I highly recommend stopping by this Shell station. You won't be disappointed, especially with Jiam on duty!

Every time I come here, no matter what I do, I can only get 20 gallons out. When I go in to ask why they have it set to shut off at 20 (3 separate instances) the manager and the other 2 cashier's look confused and don't know what's going on. They tell me just do it over again.Pretty inconvenient at a... convenient store...
