Go to Kohl’s or other stores instead of this one for better prices! They are yearly same discount and raised prices like rock high. Worst customer service here as well! Avoid them for all cost!

Had a lovely experience at this grapevine location! I was serviced by KAT and NOE, even though Noe was newer he showed initiative and immediately got a hold of someone that could help out with my situation (needed to exchange shoes I got for work).. KAT went above and beyond was very efficient without rushing at all! I’ve never frequented Skechers but after today I will definitely be returning!
***They also have a really nice selection of work shoes for those in service industry and I’m sure other types that I wasn’t looking at

i called the store and had so many questions and wasn’t to sure on what shoe to get for my jobs and Kat helped me decide one which one and told me the pros and cons of each shoe and which would be a better fit for me, very helpful and perfect customer service

My kids and I were in the store yesterday on the hunt for some shoes for a kid that has trouble fitting into normal sizes. McKenzie was very helpful in directing us to the right area that we needed. In addition, she was extra patient as I asked many questions of different styles and even looked up Some shoes that could be ordered for us while checking out Kat, Was also very kind and helpful. Great customer service like McKenzie and Kat provided. Shar goes a long way in making a difficult shopping experience more pleasant. I’m very thankful fot Kat and McKenzie and wanted to make sure to give them a shout out!

April and Glen are a blessing to work with during purchase of my shoes,I had a really really complicated situation about my leg injury plus travel to New Orleans for Super Bowl where I won a contest from my company and as a reward for it I was given vacation package for 4 days to new Orleans with super bowl tickets for 2,now the way it was happening was because of new Orleans City we had to walk a lot and lot stepping up to lot stairs during super bowl..for reaching the top VIP section.. And I had to wear something which looks professional too at the same time as this was a really like the biggest event or say contest in my company where other top leaders were also going to be there with us constantly almost.. And of course winner's circle.. Two of this angels worked so patiently with me and helped me resolve my this issues before selectiimg the right pairs for my legs.. They waited for me and gave me enough time even though it was closing time.. I have a lot more to write here.. But in short I will say that they turned out to be a blessing for me as next day I was flying and I had no more time to come back do all that.. If you are looking for someone who can guide you right way and be patient with you till you take your time.. Feel free to bless me.. Am finding this two angles here for you.. Hope this helps everyone take good care of your feet 👍

Was looking for casual foot ware and went to Skechers to try there just step ins. The place was moderately busy. As I shopped one of the associates, Rae asked if I needed assistance and she answered all my inquiries, and after trying the ones I came to try on, I decided on a different pair bc of better support, plus socks.
