Walk ins are not a problem here. My brows are always perfectly shaped and tinted. Technician is friendly and adept. Highly recommend!

Disappointing Experience After a Year of Loyalty
I’ve been a loyal customer of SOI Brown for over a year, but today’s eyebrow threading experience was extremely disappointing. Not only was the process unusually painful (to the point of making me cry), but the results were uneven—both eyebrows look completely opposite and poorly shaped.
I expected better, especially from a place I’ve trusted for so long. Hopefully, this was just an off day, but I’m hesitant to return after such an uncomfortable and unsatisfactory visit.

Went to get my eyebrows waxed on Sunday & the lady literally ripped my skin off.... now i'm left with two scabs on my face. Don't go here if you're planning on getting waxed.

Great eyebrows but horrible timing/customer service here. They only have one person working and multiple people wait 25-30 minutes for their turn. This is the same at their Lewisville location too. If they hired more employees or managed their timing better, they would have better customer service reviews. Customer service is what makes up the business but they do not deserve more than 1 star for being cheap and only having one employee at all times.

Got my eyebrows done here and the lady did a great job. HOWEVER - your business hours are listed wrong, so I drove 25 minutes to get here when you were closed. I have tried to submit the correct hours (the ones on your sign and I provided a photo) but the edits keep getting rejected. Are you truly open at 7am? Update the business hours here please and I will be happy to update my review.

Called for pricing. I asked how much a threading visit would be, and she told me $100. I was shocked because it's usually $10-$15 and she told me to hold on while she looked at prices. She came back to the phone 3 times in 6 minutes to tell me "here's the price" and then she would say "oh wait hold on" and put me back on hold. Obviously didn't know their own business' prices. I finally asked if she didn't know their pricing she hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

I’ve been coming to the grapevine location for a few years now and I absolutely love it. Minaz is wonderful with eyebrow threading and very professional! Their service is super fast and efficient. I can’t say enough nice things about this place and the people!

I took a gamble & walked in at SOI Grapevine because it was convenient. I'm glad I did! Brenda did a great job on my totally out of control brows. I plan to go back.

It's a great place to get your eyebrows done. The people here are very professional and would love to do your eyebrows just the way you want. I recommend this place a 100% and Brenda did a great job with my eyebrows.
