We will never purchase from Stacy furniture again! To return a perfectly unused loveseat, they charged us 35% restocking fee even with us choosing to purchase a more expensive item! This is greed to the extreme!! Felt so sorry for our sales people because they had to pass that information on to us which came from the owners! Would not work with us on that at all and WE delivered it to the warehouse! I am still fuming at their thoughtlessness! Never again! Let this be a warning to you before you walk in their stores!!

I have bought several pieces of furniture over the years from Rick Stacy, this time I was met with a new sales rep name, Stephanie.Stephanie provided me the same great shopping experience. I have been accustomed to over the years. She was very patient and helpful through the whole process. I even came back two or three times to get measurements and ask questions and I never felt pressured to buy on the spot! Stephanie is great and Rick Stacy furniture will always be the first place I look anytime I need furniture!

Stacy's furniture has quality furniture options and about the worst customer service experience out there. Unfortunately, the concept of customer service is foreign to them and has continued to decline over the years. There are other places to buy quality furniture where service is still part of the equation. I would suggest you explore those options.
