Quality of furniture great, but when you are followed around the store and your daughter starts getting concerned because we are being followed so much by the salesman that it's super uncomfortable that you have to say something to the salesman, until you finally have to leave because you literally don't feel comfortable shopping there anymore!

I bought a brand new Bernhardt sofa at Stacy, the cushions collapsed after a just a few weeks. I have been calling customer service every day and repeatedly told "I'll have to talk to a manager and I will call you back" I'm pretty sure they are just stalling until the warranty runs out or I just give up and go away. Sadly this seems to be the way most businesses treat people post COVID. I have had a better experiences at Ethan Allen, Havertys and NFM and I would recommend them over Stacy Furniture. I remember when this used to be a quality, family run store, Sad to see them go like this after they had such a fine reputation. I hope I can get my money back and go to one of the many other furniture stores for a new sofa.

Horrible experience and even worse customer service. I would encourage you to go elsewhere and not waste time buying. I was contacted the day before my order arrived and told I needed to pay more $$ or my order would not be delivered (I paid in full at the time of purchase). I was initially told they had not fully charged me for one item, when I questioned which item I was then told it was due to an item missed on the order. I again asked for clarity and was told it was a clerical error that was mis-typed on the CC machine. In addition, they had created a second order form, transferred payment from the first to partially pay the second form (financial wizardry). Long story short, they were basically holding my order hostage for 5% of the total sale so I went to the store and paid the fee in hopes to work out the details later. Delivery was to occur the next day between 7:30 and 10:30. Nobody showed up, so at 10:30 I called, and was told someone had called in sick, they would be late...when questioning why I wasn't contacted, I was told "they will be there soon". I had an 11:00 meeting and requested a reschedule. After having the billing issues and now delivery problems I figured I would get good customer service...wrong...they stated they would be there at 5:30-6 and someone would call me back at 12:30 to confirm and provide a solution to my concerns on the billing issues. Tired of waiting, I called them around 4 in the afternoon requesting an update. I was sent to a manager that basically said the charges were correct, they were not going to do anything and my order would arrive between 5:30 and 6. He would "look into" the charges. Getting a voicemail back 20 minutes later, I was told they didn't charge for one item on the original invoice. After paying the additional fees all charges were correct and my order would arrive by 6. It's now 6:25...no call, nobody has shown up...it's a disaster. I ordered a bedroom set for my daughter, completely disassembled her room and furniture for delivery this morning between 7:30 and 10:30, rescheduled meetings around the delivery and lost income (consulting) to plan for the arrival. Now, they've done it again and I'm going to have to re-assemble the room so she has a place to sleep tonight. I would NOT do business with them...the worst customer service, no respect for others, their time, money or honoring their commitments. Update: At 7:30 I get a call from the driver stating he's at least 1 hour away but was told to call me when they "got back in town". No apology, didn't really care if I wanted delivery or not...has customer service really gotten this bad???

Worst customer service ever! Purchased a custom Mayo sectional on 05/29/2020 along with the joke of a warranty they offered. The warranty was supposed to cover ‘everything’.Immediately, we noticed that there were gaps in the cushions. They were so bad that I had to roll up a towel and put it in the back corner of the cushions. After about 3 months the Velcro started to tear the fabric that attached the cushions to the couch. After repeated calls and run around, they sent someone out that told me the gaps between the cushions was normal and that we shouldn’t sit in between cushions but directly in the middle of each cushion. They also said that the ripped backing was normal wear and tear…but they had a great furniture repairman that they could give me the number for. After that I gave up. This has been the worst furniture purchase I have ever made! I will NEVER shop at Stacy and will shout it from the rooftops that NO ONE should shop there!

We used to love Stacy’s. And we would shop there first when we would buy new furniture. But this last purchase and lack of customer service is the end to that. We’re furious with how our table has deteriorated in 2 years! We’ve reached out to customer service and cannot get a response. This is a HUGE RED. We paid over $2400 for this table and expected it to last a lot longer than 2 years! Never spend this kind of money when customer service is inadequate. We were even told it was solid wood, but it’s clearly particle board. Save your money, and headache, and shop elsewhere. Overpriced and non existent customer service.

Johnny at Stacy's in Allen was incredible and great to work with.We had a couple of pieces we had to order, and Johnny was extremely helpful and communicative through the whole process. The pieces were received and look great!

Customer service is behind a firewall and won't take or return phone calls. They ask for a phone number on a recent order before they will transfer your call, then once your call is transfered they use that phone number to not answer your call and send you back to the operator who says sorry, I can't help you. No manager has been in the office for 2 days in a row. Sales promised and sold items with warranty and once items were paid for, customer service and management avoided customer.At time of sale, sales manager was condescending and rude. Delivery staff intentionally damaged old couches by ripping out staples in anger on items being donated to good will.Overall red flags from sales to delivery to customer service. We had Lazy Boy before and we will now buy Lazy Boy next time. Never will buy from Stacy's again.

ENRIQUE was amazing!! I’ve been eyeing this furniture company for some time, but was never able to make it during their opening hours. I came in 5 minutes before closing yesterday, and Enrique was so kind/ never rushed me. He took the time to make me feel like a valued customer, when the other employee was rushing us out. I came back, because Enrique was so kind! He is truly a blessing, and I’m glad I was able to purchase my dream couch with him!

Excellent customer service! We have purchased three living room suites from Stacy's. We have been pleased with product quality. MelanieBosley was our Sales Representative . Melanie was amazing. She was professional, courtesy and knowledgeable. She followed up on delivery and kept us informed. Thank you Melanie!

This Stacy Furniture location has been around for a very long time, and it shows. The furniture style, once inspirational is now absurdly outdated. Heavy, oversized, dark wood still reigns supreme at Stacy's. The showroom felt claustrophobic and stale, absent of customers and color.Stacy's has a lot of things going for them, including the location and showroom size. Would love to see them refresh their brand and products. But then again I'd also like Jerry Jones to finally give up control of the Cowboys. Sadly, both Stacy's and Jerry are stuck in the glory days of 1990.
