I've lived here for several years, and while it's one of the better properties in the area, it has its drawbacks. Working in a bar and coming home late means there's never any parking available, which is incredibly frustrating.
When it came time to move out, the experience was even more disappointing. I was quoted a certain rate for the move-out rent, but my final statement was higher. When I inquired about this discrepancy with Allison, she said it was because my move-out was on a month-to-month lease, even though they knew that when I moved out and I had a signed letter from one of their employees confirming the move-out rent. It's frustrating that they expect tenants to follow the signed contracts but don't hold themselves to the same standard.
On a positive note, Darcy has been a good addition to the management team. However, during my time here, management changed many times, and some of the previous management was really bad. The office is also locked a lot of times during normal hours, so don't take their hours literally.
One more thing to note: they offer raffles for positive reviews, so don't believe everything you see. For the rent they're charging, you're better off looking for somewhere else to live.

We lived here for almost 5 years, and had were pretty happy overall except for a lot of what other people commented. It's nearly impossible to get ahold of the front desk, rent gets more and more expensive for little to no improvements, and parking is horrible unless you pay for a carport/garage. The real reason for the 1 star rating was the almost $700 charge at move out. I expected the charge for the carpet and utilities (they say you are paying for the "life loss" of the carpet, as if paying $2800/month wouldn't cover your use of the carpet for however long you are there). The unexpected charge was $5/hole made in the Sheetrock. Which I made sure to caulk and sand as per the move out instructions and I was charged for 52 holes. When I attempted to dispute this, they had me waiting while they "investigated" with the vendor, continuing to place the blame on them, and saying they'd reach back out to me and never did. I continued to call them and follow up, only to hear the same thing. Allison, the assistant manager, clearly took good notes in her manager training because she just gives you the run around and is so condescending when she talks, it's borderline rude. So in conclusion, if you choose to live here, be prepared to get screwed over when you move out.

We're coming up on 1 year here and we love it so much we just renewed!! I am so grateful my boyfriend took a chance and had us randomly tour this place - best apartment & community I have lived in. Jennifer/Darcy are always so helpful - we have a small, but mighty team here; they may be busy but try reaching them via email if a phone call doesn't get you through. The size of this community is stellar - not too big. Amenities: pool, biz center, and gym are great!! Ever since we moved in, people have been so friendly - highly recommend this place to ALL!! <3

Beautiful community with nice amenities, very clean, nice landscape with lost of trees, enough parking place for every one, management team are so professional and respectful, they take care any type issue very quickly.
The manager is very professional and kind.
Matinees guys are very respectful, they respond to your matinees request in short matter of time. The Keep the community very clean and beautiful.
It's just great place to live and call it home.

This apartment complex is super racist, do not stay here if you are a person of color. The staff here does not make you feel welcomed and when you go to the office they will show it each time. They over charge people of color double the rent and give the people who stay there for awhile cheaper leases. The maintenance guys will come to fix a problem in your apartment, just to tell the front staff all the things you have and what you have going on. Also if you have a dog they will charge you for any and everything don't let them fool you.

I chose this place based on the fact that it had no cockroach reviews because I have PTSD from dealing with small cockroaches in the past and also am absolutely terrified of them. Within the first two months of living here, I saw one GIANT cockroach in my daughter’s bathroom… it took every single bit of courage I had to spray it to death with cleaning spray and flush it down the toilet. I thought it was just a fluke, as everything else is so wonderful here. Suddenly, within ONE WEEK, we have seen three GIANT cockroaches in our apartment, one of which was hiding in my husband’s shoe when he put it on. I am a clean freak. I vacuum and clean the counters after LITERALLY every meal. I deep clean every single week. We don’t allow food or any drink except for water in bedrooms or bathrooms. We never have crumbs on our counters or floors for extended periods of time. We never have food sitting out, and we never have dirty dishes in the sink. This is completely unacceptable and has made me terrified to walk around in my own home. We are paying FAR too much money to live with cockroaches. I noticed the previous reviewer left a cockroach review, and they mentioned them being in the breezeways sometimes… this is also true.Management, take very serious note of this issue because it has the potential to completely destroy your apartment complex. Wherever they are coming from, find the location and kill them. Cockroaches are a public health hazard and are not to be taken lightly. They can nest in the walls. They can pass illnesses and disease through apartment units. I will change my review to 5 stars as soon as this issue is dealt with.
