I chose this place based on the fact that it had no cockroach reviews because I have PTSD from dealing with small cockroaches in the past and also am absolutely terrified of them. Within the first two months of living here, I saw one GIANT cockroach in my daughter’s bathroom… it took every single bit of courage I had to spray it to death with cleaning spray and flush it down the toilet. I thought it was just a fluke, as everything else is so wonderful here. Suddenly, within ONE WEEK, we have seen three GIANT cockroaches in our apartment, one of which was hiding in my husband’s shoe when he put it on. I am a clean freak. I vacuum and clean the counters after LITERALLY every meal. I deep clean every single week. We don’t allow food or any drink except for water in bedrooms or bathrooms. We never have crumbs on our counters or floors for extended periods of time. We never have food sitting out, and we never have dirty dishes in the sink. This is completely unacceptable and has made me terrified to walk around in my own home. We are paying FAR too much money to live with cockroaches. I noticed the previous reviewer left a cockroach review, and they mentioned them being in the breezeways sometimes… this is also true.Management, take very serious note of this issue because it has the potential to completely destroy your apartment complex. Wherever they are coming from, find the location and kill them. Cockroaches are a public health hazard and are not to be taken lightly. They can nest in the walls. They can pass illnesses and disease through apartment units. I will change my review to 5 stars as soon as this issue is dealt with.

I honestly can’t wait to move out. It may have just been my experience, but it’s been terrible. Front office never answers the phone. Certain staff members are unprofessional and rude. They consistently have waterbugs (Yes, the GIANT cockroaches). I find them in my home all the time, and they’re always in the outdoor hallways. The entrance gate is always an issue. I’m paying way too much for a small space with so many issues. I wouldn’t recommend living here.

Been living here for a little over a year and honestly the apartment itself and the property are really nice and the area around it feels safe. Although office staff is so hard to get ahold of, as you can call multiple times during the day and no one will answer and when you walk into the office they only ever have one person working. Additionally, despite the property being nice it's really other residents that ruin the experience. You can barely enjoy your own balcony/patio without the air smelling of cigaret smoke, a lot of people can barely handle their dogs or have them off leash, people drive so fast in the parking lot you'd think its a race track, and you can easily hear your neighbors (especially at night when you don't want to) since the walls are kind of thin. Not saying they're all bad but there's enough to where it's an issue. Oh and wasps...like a lot fly around the property. Kind of a shame because like I said I like the area, the look of the property, and the layout of the apartments themselves....

I would rate it higher if it wasn’t for the trouble of packages being delivered. If it’s not USPS then you will NOT get it delivered in your mailbox. There is not a Luxer drop off (or something similar), and a it gets left at your front door. Within 4 months I’ve had 3 packages stolen that I know were delivered because I received photos. Everything else is top notch and amazing. The apartments itself are very community oriented, and do a lot to be engaging. Location is very nice, apartments are beautiful inside, and out.

Overall I like living here!Pros:- Nice pool & outdoor area- Property kept clean- Have had few problems with noise since moving here- Safe neighborhoodCons:- Cheap paint (paint is peeling off bedroom & bathroom doors)- Parking. They could probably do with less car ports & more actual parking spots. There have been times that I haven’t been able to find a spot so I’ve had to park under a car port even though I don’t pay for one.- Maintenance is quick to fix issues, however every single time I’ve put in a request I always put that they do not have permission to enter & they come into my apartment while I’m not home anyways which I don’t like.- Small closets- Not a lot of kitchen storage

Super front office staff. Great maintenance staff. Like living in a resort. So glad we moved here.Yesturday, 7/14/2023, Stoneledge had another GREAT Pool Party. The DJ was rocking, the drinks (water, sodas, adult beverages, etc.) snacks and Pizza were delicious & awesome. Kids, teens, parents & grandparents, swam, ate, drank, played water games and enjoyed a fantastic summer day/eve.As always, our staff and facility rose to the occasion.

I have been at Stoneledge Apartments in Grapevine for approximately 9 months and I love it here. The grounds are well kept, the location is fabulous, and the staff is friendly, professional, and responsive. I was in a different complex last year and it never felt like home. This apartment feels like home to me. It is the perfect size for what I need and the amenities are great. I love going down to the pool and occasionally I have visited the gym. If you are looking for a new place, check them out! - Deolinda F.

2 stars taken off for the fire alarm issue that is currently going on. I saw that the apartment responded to a different review about the alarms. This past year it has gone off 3 times. 1st time it was fixed in an ok time, 2nd time it took over 6 hrs for it to be fixed, and the 3rd time - we don't know because we just had to tough it out and try to get sleep for work that morning. We've missed work, used PTO, etc. we have 2 cats and they are traumatized when that alarm even beeps! We asked the apartment how and when they were 1.) going to fix it 2.) reimburse the ENTIRE building 3.) actually let us know when there is a fire... because almost nobody came out or stayed out this last time it went off. We put our 2 months in and are leaving. Stay away from building 4! It is also settling causing doors to not stay partially closed, cracks appearing in walls and ceiling, and other plumbing issues are beginning to happen.Edit: not just building number 4 - we heard building #1 now going off. Only plus is the fact the apartment acknowledge it the fists time. They still don't know why alarms are going off though. STILL A MASSIVE RED FLAG! We're out! Minus another star.ALSO- Building 4 with the weed smell.... Someone cooks it up constantly. We gave a tip to the office because supposedly the fire alarms have something to do with it - we were told to go to our community police officer who comes monthly*? For pizza and safety briefs. And that they can't do anything with it (but someone unplugged their fire alarm... and it all has no connection to our issue? Ok....)

The blonde leasing lady was very rude. I was stuck in traffic and made it 1 minute late to my appointment (literally) and she refused to show me the unit. Not a very good first impression for someone wanting to live in the complex… not to mention she was sitting there doing nothing.

Honestly there is nothing real luxurious about these apartments. Rent is far too high for the lack luster treatment. Only really nice thing about it is it’s gated and quiet. Most neighbors are friendly. My biggest issue is maintenance. I feel like I put in requests for things and they take days to actually fix it. Currently my light fixture in my bathroom is hanging on by one wire. It fell in the middle of the night. No cause. I put in a request but I understand it’s a holiday. The fixture is honestly a safety hazard. There’s exposed wires but apparently electrical issues aren’t an emergency. The lady I talk to on the other end of the phone was also rude. My first request ever was for my AC. I’ll never forget going back and forward with one maintenance guy because he claimed the temperature was going to be what it was because it’s the 3rd floor (it was 77 degrees and increasing) and then another guy came and discovered the breaker switch so it was never actually working. That took 2-3 days and a visit to the leasing office. I could go on but honestly this place is mediocre at best and overpriced.

Nice gated community. Only lived here for 1 year in a 1-br apt.Pros:(1) Amenities and hallways are kept clean.(2) Maintenance team are quick to respond.(3) Buildings are resistant to weather.(4) Bug incidents once per yearly quarter.(5) Walls are thick so don't be afraid to enjoy your bass.Cons:(1) Cheap paint on walls and doors. Very easy to rub off or absorb moisture.(2) No manual lock for detached garages.(3) A few too many lights in the kitchen area.(4) Bedroom is more susceptible to neighborly noise like stomping or the snap of light switches.2023 Tenant Tip: If you have a weakness to slamming doors or foot stomping, stay away from units adjacent to 6201 at least until Sep. 2023. If you are a stickler for safety/rules such as not cooking on your balcony, stay away from 5117.

Stoneledge Apartments in Grapevine, Texas, this is a nice area and the property was clean and the appearance was good. Most importantly, Jennifer in the leasing office was very kind and helpful. She rolled out the red carpet with kindness.Jennifer spent a lot of hours with trying to help me with a 2br/2bd on the first floor. Sadly, nothing is available yet.Nevertheless, Jennifer calls and keeps me up-to-date with a status on what is available now and what is coming up soon.Thank you Jennifer for being authentic and helpful. My visit was great. Please enjoy my thank you gift for your kindness and keep up the good work!!Future Tenant.Keller, Texas
