Negative stars I purchased a Cervelo S5 road bike for almost $10k and during the first ride the stem got loose during a group ride while descending down kirkwood dr in Westlake.
Almost crashed regained control of the bike and pull to the sidewalk.
It is absolutely without a doubt the worse experience ever. Return to the store and the manager Jim only state let us fixed it for you.
Once said I needed my money back the manager Jim change his attitude and started acting like a he was doing me a favor.

Slow delivery time no response to my emails. Had to call the vendor directly to find out where my package was.

It has the largest selection of ski pants and jacket in the area.Grapevine is my favorite location of that store. Other places don’t carry such variety of snow accessories. I used a clearance event and was able to buy a high quality jacket and ski pants. The selection of the snowshoes, gloves, socks it’s worth your trip.

Alex is amazing!! He helped dress our family of 7 for a ski trip. We had no idea what we needed and he was fantastic! He gave great recommendations and actually guided us thru the layering process to stay warm while on the mountain. Go to him for advice!! He is excellent . If I could give 10 stars I would!

I guess if you have money to blow at a mall then this place is for you! I like to hone in on clearance and much to my dismay, clearance was still overpriced.

I came in looking for shoes for my son who had fallen arches. I'm so glad I visited. We were helped by Brie. She is amazing. As another associate put it "she knows everything about shoes". Thanks to her we were able to find not only the perfect pair of shoes but also the best pair of insoles. I hope her managers provide her the feedback and if you get a chance ask for her. Your feet will thank you!

Grapevine location sure has exceeded our expectations. Extensive selection of skiing equipments and clothing, immensely knowledgeable staff, clean store. Aaron, you taught us so much in one visit that we feel confident for our 1st skiing trip. Thank you Alejandra for being patient with my queries. Appreciate the top notch customer service.

Nothing but great experiences dealing with the staff who help with getting the best discounts possible, and are super helpful/knowledgeable while doing so. Was able to return an online purchase and get reuse the original coupon I had used for the return. Will definitely be shopping here over other outdoor gear stores.

We have been in three times in the last three weeks and worked with Aaron in the bike department! Once to look at bikes, then to buy a bike, then to ask a question about my bike making a weird noise. Aaron had been so helpful in our journey to start this new sport and had gladly answered all of our questions on biking, how to take care of our bikes, good trails to try, etc. He has a real passion for bikes and I’m so thankful that he’s so willing to help us be more confident in properly caring for our bikes! I would recommend him to anyone starting out with biking! Truly amazing customer service and we will for sure be back in the future!

Fun and ski has a wi selection of high quality shoes like Hoka and ON. The staff is very helpful in selecting the right shoe you need. I want to recognize Chance in the shoe department. He help me find the appropriate shoe for my needs, he’s also knowledgeable of all brands. Chance is a great asset fun and ski!

Rollin' through the trails, I was way overdue for a tune-up on my mountain bike. Finding time to hit the LBS near Addison is usually a hassle between work and dodging cagers. But then I saw a righteous post about Alex, a PROUD DORBA MEMBER. Mad props to him and Sun and Ski for giving back to the area MTB community.The Sun and Ski shop is right on the way to prime tracks like Northshore and Knob Hills. I was able to drop off my whip on the way back from a ride at Grapevine - way convenient. Alex and his crew are total trail bosses, dialed in on everything two-wheeled. They answered all my FAQs, were chill AF, and hooked me up with a dialed tune-up for a solid price. You can't go wrong with these Bros.After they tuned-up my bike, I swooped through to pick up my ride and shuttled over to shred Northshore. Killer job dudes! The bike rips and I'm ready to rage on the trails again. Peace out!
