I went in yesterday looking for jewelry as I was going to a wedding and both Grace & Ezinne were so sweet! They spent over an hour with me
trying to find the best statement pieces to pair with my dress and heels. They went above and beyond to provide more than just customer service, they gave me the support & confidence I needed to style up for the wedding. I recommend you go in asking for these two ladies as they are phenomenal, and deserve a promotion! I will definitely be back! 🤍

Hello Friends, we visited a jewelry store to purchase a chain for a friend and received a 10% discount on our purchase. The prices for chains, rings, and other items, including those made of 14K and 18K gold, were quite reasonable. Additionally, the store offers a replacement policy for any serious issues with purchased products, ensuring customer satisfaction. The staff, especially a friendly female employee, were welcoming and attentive, enhancing our shopping experience.

Cutomer service is a disaster. If yu dont know your store policy, you shouldnt be working. Paying premium for poor service in return. Not stepping into this outlet ever again !

Ok! So Nancy and Paige were so fantastic. My return process went seamlessly. The customer service and professionalism from both these ladies is absolutely top notch. I was actually very apprehensive about doing my in policy return because of prior reviews on google. So much so that prior to arriving to the store I called customer service to make sure I was in policy. Thank you Ladies!

Poor service I lost my enamel on my chain but there is no alternative for it and they are asking to pay for service i never thought my chain would damage in that manner Iam not satisfied for the service and quality

This location (inside Grapevine Mills Mall) is by far the worst Swarovski location I’ve ever been too. The customer service was horrible. I didn’t catch the representative name but I do hope corporate looks into the lady name that was working on 12/30/24 at 1300. I purchased multiple items over the years with no issues even if gifts needed to be exchanged for proper sizing in the past for family, never an issue until now. Purchased a pear shaped ring with the multi color stone necklace as a gift but the ring was a size too small. Tried to exchange it yesterday (12/29) and the same rep. made a big deal about not having the physical receipt on hand although she was able to pull up all previous transactions by the account. After that, she still did not process the exchange due to a return/exchamge policy that did not apply for this particular order falling under the special “HOLIDAY” return/exchange. After going home and returning with receipt in hand showing this policy she still had a nasty attitude about being wrong and STILL proceeded NOT to exchange the ring. Her reasoning is that I purchased the original ring under a promotion and that to exchange it I will need to now pay the full price difference.

Excellent Customer Service!! The ladies are very versed in the inventory and how to process ALL transactions properly. They held a piece for me for over 4 months and when I arrived to pick it up, the transaction was Flawless!! GO Swarovski Grapevine Mills GOOO!!🏆💪🏅🎖🍾🥂

Not properly trained employees.
Called ahead of time to return and verify on returning products. they informed they do take full price returns no matter where we buy,
After driving for 45mins the manager says she cant take returns for full price products.
Why to give wrong info?
