This review is specifically for Ti in electronics. Absolutely amazing customer service skills, she was approachable, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with what I was looking for. I cannot stress enough how much of a fresh air it was and how welcoming it is to be approached like that. Ti, if you're reading this, your joke about sweet tea to remember your name absolutely worked, thank you again.

I wish I can give them a 5 star review. My family has been shopping at this location for a long time but today this associate Megan started racial profiling since we had our ESA dog with us inside the store. The associate gave us a dirty look and asked to leave the store since we had our dog. In addition I asked to speak to the manager to file a complaint about here. Hope the corporate and the Manager needs to do coaching with her and teach her how to go treat the guest and showing more respect. It seems instead of doing her job what she was hired for, she was more of worried about my ESA dog and racial profiling!!!!

I have been going to the target for several years today was the first time in 20+ years that we had experienced and associate who was very rude to me and our family for bringing our ESA dog who is registered her name was Megan and she told us your dog was barking and it’s disturbing every customer and all the associates who are working on the floor, so you need to take the dog out since the dog is not registered, but I had told her and I explained to her that the dog is registered to he’s like we in Texas all dogs are registered. It doesn’t matter if he’s a ESA dog or not and my husband was getting upset so I had told her to ignore him and she goes rudely to me as well that I will ignore you as well. Don’t worry I’m getting the manager. You guys to delete the store immediately because your dog is being very disruptive and causing issues she calls the manager or the manager walks to her and speaks with her and my husband decides to go talk to the manager and the manager did not do anything and there is a policy that says dogs are not allowed if they are a dogs or special ability dogs they are allowed in a store which my dog is registered as a ESA dog, but she was. I’m not sure what was her issue if she was having a bad day or she was just being racist towards us, which is very disturbing. I will not be shopping at that target anymore due to the experience that I had with an associate her name is Megan.

The pharmacist at this target in Grapevine are caring and very knowledgeable. My doctor prescribed me some medication and it was very expensive. The pharmacist noticed that they had prescribed me too much when all I needed was five day supply. They saved me 60%. I feel that they know more than my doctors do. It’s so nice to have someone who truly cares.

I live near this one. More than once, I've bought expired food. That do not do a good job of removing expired inventory from shelves. Check dates if you buy food here. I'll give them 2 stars because their CVS pharmacy has the best staff ever...which has nothing to do with Target, not shocking, and their bathrooms are always in decent shape.

The pickup system went down but the staff were amazing and very helpful with helping myself and other customers find solutions to a problem that no one had control over. Helped me cancel my pickup and directed me to where I could find my item in the store. They were busy and bombarded with customers but all the staff were calm friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you for your help

I love this target, I come here every day during my off period, this place is such a paradise. The workers are nothing short of delightful, and claire who works are starbucks is the sweetest. Me and my best friend love it here and its the best place on earth. If I could live there I would, its already a second home

Today I went to purchase shoes after some complications with an online order. After trying to figure it out at customer service, the employee (short brunette female) said that I cannot get the shoes for 2 more hours when are sitting in a bucket right behind her. Thankfully, target is getting 2 stars because the team leader at customer service was competent and very helpful. He got the order figured out immediately and I was able to purchase my shoes. The lady helping us then proceed to say “just say you want to purchase the shoes next time.” WHY DO YOU THINK IM AT THE STORE??!! let’s brain this one out. Please train your employees to be problem solvers. Most people would hide behind a phone screen… I would say this in person.
