The sales associate wasn't versed in specifics about added prices on the final price of the vehicle. He Advised me that the service charge of $2,200+ wasn't an option and that the service department had to make money in the back after their inspection of the vehicle which I saw on the CarFax report. The report only showed a change of brake pads, oil change and coolant and fluid top offs. That's not $2,200+ worth of work. He "worked with me" to take something off of that price. I asked him about the warranty and he advised me that there was no warranty however they offered warranty packages. I asked about the price and he couldn't give me the information, he advised me that I had to wait to talk to someone in finance. He also didn't know how to navigate my sale with being preapproved. Fast forward, I'm in the finance office and I eventually find out the the warranty is only really good for 6 months for a hefty price. I declined several times and the finance rep. Kept going to his "bosses office" to discuss. Each time he came back with no different results or info. He tried to pressure me into buying a package that didn't fit my needs with buying a car and the comfort of something going wrong with the car within the 1st 3 years. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They're shady, if you don't know the in and outs to the car buying process you'll get wiped clean! Texas Toyota, stop putting $2,200+ charges on potential customers, saying that it is for the inspection of the vehicle when you received it. That's what you're supposed to do and cover. That's stupid You lost business for sure with me!

What an absolute waste of time. Been shopping for a Toyota for a month. I've dealt with every sleazy salesman type imaginable. Today we went to Grapevine, which showed they had 18 brand new vehicles Camrys. The salesman was nice, however he could only show us 2022 vehicles because the lot was basically empty. Was told I could put down $500 and wait until the car I like is available. Every other dealership has plenty of stock, so I know they're not having a shortage. I took a long drive to get there and now my only question is.. why show you have a full inventory and then bait and switch you when you arrive??? Asking someone to put down $500 is not a good business practice. Get it together Toyota of Grapevine. I wish I would've read your reviews before heading your way.

Went in looking for a 2nd vehicle to get everyone to work. Morgan was very polite and helpful. Told her exactly what we were looking for. She was very respectful and was not pushy. Showed us exactly what we were looking for. Helped make it possible for us to walk out the door happy and with a new vehicle! Highly recommend

I recently purchased a 2023 Tacoma from Toyota of Grapevine, and it was an outstanding experience, thanks to Lomax. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Lomax listened to my needs, answered all my questions, and helped me find the perfect vehicle. The customer service was exceptional, and I'm thrilled with my new Tacoma. Big thanks to Lomax and the team for a fantastic buying experience! From start to finish, I was in and out in less than an hour and half.

Tried to charge a 'market adjustment' of $2500 over and above their advertised sale price on a used truck - AFTER they had accepted our offer. Thoroughly DISHONEST DEALER.

Going to a dealership or looking for a new vehicle can be a little intense. Brian was very helpful and answered all of my questions I had about any of the vehicles. Having the no pressure to purchase right then and there made looking at all the different makes models easier. William was great with making sure I knew what I was getting myself. I’ll definitely be going back in the future if needed! Thanks for the help guys!

Brought my 23 Tacoma in for its 1st oil change. 5k miles and they try to push an engine oil additive and fuel system cleaner. Not needed but decided to let them do it anyways. Thought they would do a better job than the other dealers in the area but I guess that’s not the case. 4 months later went to fill the washer fluid and discovered there’s no oil cap and it was not installed. Checked the oil and it looks like it’s never been changed…. I drove about 3 thousand miles, called the dealer and they kept saying “I’m not sure how that happened” and “that’s unacceptable.” Seems like they weren’t willing to stand behind their own work and blame every other possible outcome. Offered to have the manager call me in the morning but that never happened either. Bunch of liars here I guess, sad to think I usually go out of my way to purchase my vehicles from this location. I’ll definitely be going elsewhere from now on. Not to mention the fact I have to pay for another oil change even though the first one wasn’t done correctly. Great job losing another customer.Edit: Took the Truck in for a oil change, turns out Toyota never changed the oil when I brought it in. They just charged and gave me a receipt saying they did. Managers were supposed to reach out and they never did…. Not really surprised at this point

My daughter is a 1st time car buyer with 0 credit and made her very 1st purchase with no co-signer needed. Sam in sales and Derek in the Finance Dept. were very helpful and patient as she worked to provide all her employment verification and bank documents. She did have a great down payment that she had been saving for several months. So proud of her.We appreciate all their help and honesty during the car buying experience. We live in Mesquite, TX and it was definitely worth the trip. She loves her new car!

This was my first time financing a new car. Jon was great with providing all the specs on my Rav4 and helping come to agreement at a competitive price. Derek was also very helpful in ensuring I received the lowest monthly payment possible for the best deal. Very satisfied and we'll be coming back in the future.

The worst place ever to buy a CAR!!Theyre sooo rude. They sold me the car without a heater and when I told them they wanted to charge me. The service manager was extra rude he said its not my problem and left me waiting with my daughter. So rude and unprofessional. Both sales and service crew are extremely rude

I bought a 2022 Camry Saturday, and I absolutely love the car! Sebastian was amazing to work with. He made the whole car buying experience easy and less stressful. I will definitely recommend him and the dealership to anyone needing to buy a car. Thanks again!

Jake is amazing! I bought my second car since I started driving, and Jake made the process so enjoyable. More like a guide than salesperson. He really wants to help you find the perfect car for you. Very patient and a great listener. So happy about my car!! ☺️

Fourth update 10/19/23:Edit: Jeff Rhodes called me back today and was a pleasure! He's a kind soul and I find him to be an honest person. Unfortunately, this dealer will not help with the battery. I do not believe if the battery passed their supposed inspection (which costs $2000 according to "options" on the breakdown of costs, informed to me by salesperson Mike) , it has died within 9 months. The vehicle is not even 3 years old yet. My fluid cap was missing, I had a dirty cabin filter, and wipers not replaced either . So I suspect my vehicle wasn't fully serviced when I got it. I know they buffed out a scratch, and that's all I'm aware of that was resolved prior to me taking the keys. For $2000, I would have hoped even the "minor" items would have been taken care of. Nonetheless, I appreciate Jeff's kindness and personability on the phone.Earlier today: I left Neal (the general manager) a voicemail as he was not in, per his request on google (photos attached there) I will try calling again tomorrow On top of the wipers needing to have been replaced, plus a missing coolant fluid cap.I'll continue with updates.//////////////////////////Third update 10/10/23: dropped to 1 star from 2.Not surprised, my car battery was dying and failed a test at Autozone. I had to pay $277 to replace a battery for a vehicle I got from this dealership in January.. who told me the "options fee" (see photo) wasn't optional and was for maintenance on a car.I've also had to replace the windshield wipers almost immediately. So scammy. I didn't reach out to the manager because I didn't see their respone until awhile later, but I'll be calling and I expect a valid explanation and some money back for failure to perform said "maintenance" on my vehicle... I have barely driven it and have already paid for maintenance that should've been covered , supposedly, by the "maintenance" (aka, "options fee").Not to mention my coolant tank has been missing a cap since I got the vehicle lol .. "options fee = maintenance inspection" bogus , scammy, salesperson tactic. They wouldn't give me any further explanation for the "options fee" beyond that.//////////////////////////Service update 6/20/23:I took my vehicle to a different dealership and they informed me my windshield wiper fluid cap is missing and the tank for this fluid leaks. Windshield wipers have barely worked since I bought this car. They charge $2000 for "maintenance" (see my photo where it's under "options"), but these items were missed?...I didn't realize the dealership responded so I'll be giving them a call to see if they'll be able to assist. I shouldn't have to pay for these repairs since I already paid $2000 for them , according to my receipt and salesperson.... Will keep the updates coming.//////////////////////////January/Feb 2023:A few people have shared the added , "options" cost in reviews. When those reviewers or myself ask what this fee is for, we are told it is to "maintain" the vehicle as it is brought in as new inventory.Mike was wonderful as a sales person. He was patient and upbeat, I didn't feel pressured or rushed. ***(Update: other than falsely telling me the "options fee" was for "maintenance" which is not true )***My concern came with the financial advisor. He told me some false information thinking I wasn't aware of. Example: Gap insurance. Gap insurance CAN be purchased outside of the dealership, but he insisted it HAD to be financed through the same company who finances my car loan. Not true , for those who intend to get gap insurance elsewhere. After that, he lost some credibility to me. However, I will say he worked with me on a trade-in and I appreciate him for that.Overall, not a terrible experience. Just not fond of only receiving one car fob (appears to be common) and unsure about what that "option" $2,000 fee truly includes A
