Just went to a wedding here and the venue is gorgeous but I really want to give a shout-out to the day-of coordinators. Haley and Rachel were absolutely amazing, it felt completely seamless the whole day and like the bride could truly relax and enjoy her day. I would recommend this place just based off of them!

We had the pleasure of photographing a wedding last night at The Laurel in Grapevine, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The communication with Shelbi was outstanding and professional, responsive, and kind. They treated every vendor and guest with genuine care and respect, creating a seamless and welcoming environment.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning, offering both indoor and outdoor ceremony options with beautiful architecture and natural surroundings. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and it shows how much they truly care.
Highly recommend The Laurel for couples looking for a venue that blends elegance, flexibility, and top-tier service!
We can’t wait to work with them again.

Nice wedding and reception venue. The only complaint we have is that the service staff at the reception would remove our half full cocktail glasses anytime we walked away from our table to dance or use the bathroom. It was an open bar, so I didn't pay for a drink. Can't help but think the overall alcohol bill was way higher than it should have been due to the staff's quick trigger on clearing glasses.

We just had my daughter's wedding at the Laurel. Not only is the venue beautiful, but the staff is excellent. From start to finish, the communication, coordination and professionalism were beyond expectation. The food was excellent and the service was even better. They went out of the way to accommodate our every request. Every guest commented on the outstanding experience. We couldn't be happier and would not hesitate to use the Laurel and Boxwood Catering for any future events. Thank you all so much!

Where do we even begin? Carly made our wedding day absolutely perfect! And The Laurel is the perfect venue that offers EVERYTHING in one place.
From start to finish, Carly was the calm, steady force we didn’t even know we needed. Her peaceful energy created a safe space for us to soak in every moment without an ounce of stress. Thanks to her, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every single second of our special day—something we’ll cherish forever.
Her expertise was incredible! Carly brought our vision to life with flawless attention to detail and ensured everything ran seamlessly. She truly made the day feel magical.
On top of all that, Carly went above and beyond to take care of us. From keeping us fed and hydrated (a perfect balance of water and wine!) to making sure we stayed on time, she made it possible for us to fully relax and hit the dance floor as much as we wanted.
We’re beyond grateful for Carly and can’t recommend her enough. If you’re looking for someone who will make your wedding day unforgettable, Carly is the one!

The Laurel was the most perfect venue for our wedding! We fell in love with the simple beauty of the place from inside to landscape. Super great location for out of town guests as it’s within 5 minutes of DFW, downtown Grapevine, and plenty of hotels.
The entire Boxwood Hospitality staff made planning so easy. Our coordinator, Amber, went above and beyond to make our day perfect!! It wouldn’t have turned out without all the help and attention to detail she put into our day!
Highly recommend The Laurel!!! (and anywhere that Boxwood Hospitality manages!)

We are glad we chose to have our wedding at The Laurel. It was nice having the catering done in house. Chef Justo was incredible to work with (more on Justo and catering in a separate review). The Laurel was a beautiful space, and the team was highly competent. We always felt heard and accommodated in our meetings with our day-of coordinator, Maggie. She was also quick to reply to phone calls or emails from us with questions or concerns. And then on the actual day, she helped the whole thing run like a well-oiled machine. The venue worked with us to make our wedding as custom as we wanted, including our getaway vehicle and allowing my sweet dog to bring our rings down the aisle. My only negative was that we were considering having a completely dry wedding for family reasons, and while they were fine with that, they still required us to meet the beverage minimum, which would have been next to impossible with only juices, sodas, and water. That being said, we did still choose them for many reasons, and we did the basic beer/wine package. Another thing to note for decorating purposes is that you may not attach things to walls, rafters, or pews using command hooks, tape, staples, or anything else. All in all, we were very happy with our choice. Everything ran smoothly, and the staff are highly competent, upbeat, and pleasant to work with.

We just had our wedding with the Laurel in January, and I will say this was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. Not only was the wedding itself so magical, but working with Boxwood, specifically our coordinator Rachel, was so seamless. Rachel ensured that all of the details leading up to our big day was perfect and exactly how we wanted. The day of truly couldn’t have been more stress-free. Rachel and the team took care of almost every detail and made sure we were all taken care of. I couldn’t recommend the Laurel enough, an amazing venue and team!
