Wanted to give great praises and accolades to my service early this week buying a Chevy 2500 ZR2. Working with the sales manager Brad and Alejandro was an absolute pleasure and the easiest car buying experience we've ever had! Both Brad and Alejandro were professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing. No pressure, and top notch service from top to bottom. Alan in finances was also great and beyond easy to work with. If we ever need another vehicle, no other place we'll go than Classic! Y'all have an amazing team!

Zero stars if I could. Sold us a $30,000 paperweight. One problem after another from the start. The dealer won't return our calls to give us options. Can't even drive the truck. Electrical issues, truck won't start. Will have to drop the transmission pan to fix it. I understand these are used vehicles but this is b.s.Been sitting in the driveway for almost 3 weeks while we are stuck making payments. We purchased at the end of February!Very unprofessional. Will NEVER come back. Will gladly be informing everyone I know to avoid this dealership.AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

We were recently looking for a new large SUV, and my wife and I landed on wanting to purchase our first Chevy. I reached out to Jeff Thompson at Chevy Fleet, and he made the purchasing experience an absolutely awesome one! He and I did ninety-five percent of the purchase over the phone with ease. He quickly uncovered what we were looking for and set proper expectations in regards to how long it would take to find a comparable Suburban. Two days later, he found a Suburban with more features and called to see if I was interested. After saying yes, Dustin in finance reached out over the phone and reviewed the different warranty packages as well as the payments. By the time I arrived at the Fleet lot the following day, all I needed to do was sign 10 minutes of paperwork and about 20 minutes of just hanging out and talking with Jeff and Dustin. My wife and kid came in later to sign, and they were happily greeted and treated amazingly. My wife excitedly said to me when she got home with the new SUV that "she was a Chevy girl now"!

This review is in regards to their service dept at 2501... took my company box truck in for service. Brand new truck, just over 5K miles on it and the a/c kept shutting off. I told them it happens only when it's in drive and you're giving it gas(accelerating). They had the truck over the weekend and into the next week. They call us to say it's ready and they couldn't find anything wrong with it.They did nothing to it! I drove it from the shop baxk to our shop and the a/c was still shutting off when you give it gas. How can you diagnose an issue without driving it? An entire weekend into the next week and this issue couldn't get fixed... from the dealership I purchased it from. Taking our fleet business elsewhere.

Don't believe what you hear on the radio. This place is terrible. They weren't even considerate enough to tell me all 44 sparks they have coming were preorders, I had to talk to another salesman.

Maybe you should make a note on your website that says" Only sell to Texas residents or registering the vehicle in Texas before I wasted time on your website. Kinda un American if you ask me.Not the right thing to do. It's like me watching Texas getting attacked by another country and not going help defend the homeland. That's how I see it. No different.

Won't currently sell a vehicle that isn't titled in TX. If you are shopping from out of state, It will be a waste of your time. They were friendly about it though.

I bought a Lexus GS this October 4th, and still NO License plates! Today is Dec 10th. When I call they just tell me to come get another " temporary plate". We bought 2 other vehicles from another dealership this mid November and have our plates for both vehicles already. The Thompson Group and the sales man Victor only give me the run around. When I offered all cash and wanted to work out a better deal for all cash price the manager smirked would not budge one bit!!! The customer service here is just horrible, everything is on their terms and for their benefit ONLY! No sense of valued customer AT ALL!

Great place to get commercial vehicles! I traveled from Kansas to look at the truck I just bought. C.W. Higgins waited for me after they closed on a Saturday. Let me just look at the truck. Later he held the truck so I could put a down payment on the truck to hold it until I could figure out how where to get it upfitted. He helped me out with the whole process and made it simple. He even drove me to my car rental after I drove up again to trade in my truck. Dustin the finance guy was super helpful with getting everything squared away. Highly recommend this dealership!!! They are all great and not pushy.

I purchased my Tahoe at The Thompson Group at Classic Chevrolet and I LOVE Cheryl!! SHE gets FIVE stars but she is in sales. This review is for the SERVICE department. I called them on June 21st and told them my engine light was on. They asked if it was giving me any trouble, it was idling rough and acting like it had transmission problems. I drove it in and they put the diagnosing stick in it and said it was no big deal to call if it got worse. Fast forward to about the 5th time I called him and said it was getting worse. He said he did not have ANY loaners. (The last time they worked on my car they kept it for 15 days! You must get a loaner from this place unless you have an extra car.) They said I was on a wait list for a loaner and they would call me when they got one. August 18 my engine light was flashing. Almost 2 months with my engine light on. I finally asked what number I was on "the list" and he said they had sold all of their loaners and they actually had ZERO loaners! I was on and imaginary wait list for nothing. I'm done! I called Sewell GMC, they got me in the next morning and it was repaired the day after that! Simple! Respectful! NO LIES! Come on Classic, change your name!

I spoke with Jacob about a transmission and a radiator problem that my truck had, which is under warranty. He told me that he will take about a week or two, to fix the problem but in reality they took 5 weeks. When I was finally able to pick my truck. I started my truck to warm up after 5 minutes there was a coolant and a transmission fluid leaking. I didn't even leave the shop and I could already tell it was already a bad job. I told Jacob about it and the mechanic took a look into it that same day and they both tried to push the blame into me. Basically saying that it was my fault that coolant is leaking because I used Radiator seal before I brought it in. For the transmission fluid they said it was perfectly normal that some of it leaks after being rebuilding it. However they did fix the coolant problem, a hose was not properly tightened. Again how can I be responsible for their work to blamed on is beyond me. The next day my tuck overheated because there was no coolant in the radiator and the transmission fluid was way lower than the minimum requirement. Afterwards I talked with Diane (Supervisor) and she told me that they will check on the transmission 6 months later and I will get my truck back that same day while I am there waiting. However I have a problem now that the truck shakes when I change gears and I took it back to them and they wanted to keep it there for a week just to see whats wrong with it. I called Diane several times after Jacob told us that, I left her a voice message and to this day I have not received a call back. I know they messed up from the beginning.
