Tom Thumb pharmacy Grapevine is a great place to fill all pharmacy and vaccination needs. They even gave me a 10% off coupon with vaccination. Staff is very professional, thorough, and helpful, willing to research any details required.

Worst pharmacist I've ever had to deal with. Coincidentally, the only bad pharmacy experience that I've had with Tom Thumb. The pharmacist here seems a bit overzealous and u empathetic at minimum, withhold filling a prescription that has been filled elsewhere (via other Tom Thumb pharmacy, we moved) but will not fill it there until hearing from the prescriber because "SHE hadn't filled that prescription" for my wife before. It was sent to the pharmacy yesterday, no phone call or anything to us from the pharmacy. It's now Saturday and an hour before the pharmacy closes. My wife just had a baby and this is one of the prescriptions relative to her health thereafter. To whomever checks these at corporate, might wanna have some recurrent training for your pharmacist regarding client relations, cause I literally will not be shop there again after this.

The people who work here are nice, but there's something wrong with how this pharmacy operates. Medications don't get filled when they're sent over unless you call first. Even if you sign up for texts, they rarely text you when your prescription is ready. They also don't keep tabs on their inventory. I filled a partial prescription on Friday and was told they'd get a shipment in (and that I could fill the rest) on Monday. When I called Monday to check on this, I was told they will not be getting more of my prescription in after all because of a "shortage" they didn't know about. Of course, they didn't call me to tell me about this, even though I only have enough of the medication to get me through Monday. The pharmacist said she could easily check which other Tom Thumbs had it in stock, but I got ahold of a CVS (that said they have "plenty" of the med) first.
Update: Tom Thumb, in reprocessing my medication for the partial amount they filled, apparently deleted from their records that I paid for the full quantity of the prescription, and they wouldn't give me a partial refund without a receipt. Negligent recordkeeping, no surprise for this place. Luckily the med was cheap. I'll let them keep the $4 they owe me just to not have to deal with this pharmacy again.

Great CustomerService better than Chick-fil-a. They were very intentional, and they went above and beyond. The store was clean out. Everything was where post to be definitely work shopping here. thank youBobby, Sam, Alicia and Eric were great!.

We are in an ice storm and came to grab a few items. Obviously all the employees couldn't make it in due to road conditions. One brave lady came into work as a cashier who was of mature age. No one to also bag her groceries she was checking out so we bagged our own stuff while a manager female sat on a counter laughing and cutting up with another employee behind the counter being lazy watching this lady work and us packing our own bags. Smh at what to seem to be a female manager not helping her employees under these conditions. We came at 9am today so whoever that manager was..you are a poor example to your employees

This store is rude when it comes to pickup and delivery. I'm a shipt delivery driver. I was on my way to the store to pick up a order and go deliver it. I arrived at the store at 9:12am. The delivery time for drop off was between 9am and 10am. Clearly I had more than enough time. I go to pick up order and was told I was late and they sent the order with someone else. I was on time. The women in the pickup area was nothing but rude. I will never go there again. She messed up not me. You have to allow enough time for delivery person or customer to get to the store and I had more than enough time. There was no need for her to be rude. We are out doing yall a favor so you don't have to leave the comfort of your store and fight traffic like we do

Rave to Benjamin! He did such an awesome job sacking my groceries and checking me out. He is a great asset to Tom Thumb and made my mundane grocery trip much better! Hope to see his smiling face at my future trips!
