Advertises lots of sale items. However difficult to find them at the store. Different sides of the same bin has different prices to confuse the shopper. The digital coupons also do not work consistently. Avoid buying milk here as it is super expensive when compared to nearby stores.

You have to order an hr in advance for online sales. Perhaps if you're retired and not a single parent, you can plan ahead

The one on glade was terrible. Manager walked by me twice while I was waiting to be helped and finally asked me if I had been vellore when he knew I had not. Horrible customer service at their guest services counter.

Every time I visit Tom Thumb, I leave very satisfied because I always find what I want, and it's always fresh and organic. I've had lunch at the deli once, and the food was fresh and delicious.

This used to be my favorite grocery store and I didn't mind paying more shopping here instead of Kroger. I just went and there wasn't a single cashier on duty. They have the nerve to charge more and more while steadily declining.

Very friendly staff! Manager greeted me as I walked in and all other staff members offered help and were very friendly.
