“Katherine was nothing short of fantastic. My boyfriend and I haven’t been into a BAB in years, and she made our experience awesome! We ordered bears online to stuff in store and she walked us through the process with no issue and made us feel so welcome. Thank you so much Katherine for the awesome experience :-) Will be back to this location for any other bear needs we have!”
