I ordered a box online that was listed as in stock. I arrived at the store and they did not have the box. I can't understand how they are accepting orders for items that are not in stock.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with U Haul and would rate them with a negative five stars if I could.
The condition of the truck was absolutely terrible. As someone with a CDL Class A driving 18 wheelers tractor trailer I’m very familiar with how a truck should feel on the road, and this one was far from safe. The truck shook uncontrollably, and the seatbelt alarm kept going off despite my seatbelt being properly fastened. On top of that, the truck emitted an incredibly loud noise whenever making even the slightest or hardest turn. It honestly felt like it could break down at any moment, and I only drove it for 10 miles. Clearly, U-Haul doesn’t maintain their vehicles, and that’s a major safety concern.
When I dropped off the truck, I made sure to leave more gas in the tank than when I picked it up. Despite this, I was charged $22 for gas. Now, I have to waste more of my time submitting a claim to get this resolved.
To make matters worse, I documented everything thoroughly with pictures and photos, as I had a feeling something would go wrong. The drop off process was made even worse by an incredibly rude employee, whose lack of professionalism only confirmed my concerns. This entire experience has been a hassle, and I am beyond dissatisfied with U-Haul’s service at this location!!! I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this company especially at this location seems like they have no values or morals!!!
