This location has always been efficient and employees, professional. I do take away one star due to an employee. I’m not sure of her name anymore and I don’t know if she works there, but she was clearly having a bad day.

So RUDE! Grumpiest Old Lady, makes you feel like she is doing you a favor for taking your Amazon returns. Mentioned MULTIPLE times how frustrated she is with "Black Friday Returns", scoffed at my box (even when I offered to use my own tape to secure it), tried to tell me she couldn't help me because I hadn't completed the return online yet (even tho I was the only one in the store)... And the place smells like rotten underwear!

I use this UPS weekly for my personal business - shipping fragile paintings across the country, in what amounts to well over 100 interactions with the store and its employees and 100s of thousands of dollars worth of items I've entrusted them to handle.Every single experience I have had here has been positive.I've used other shipping providers and very intentionally choose to come here (over another UPS which is closer to my residence) because this UPS store is the most competent, quick, diligent, and friendly in the area.Thank you UPS Hall-Johnson for taking such good care of me and the items I need to ship. You are critical to my business and I deeply appreciate you.

My package was rerouted to this store. Upon arriving I learned my package was not there. The last name of the person to receive my package was not an employee of the store. Very sketchy practices. They are not trust worthy. My son will not have a gift under the tree tomorrow ??♀️

Hey y'all, I'm posting this on behalf of my wife who just left your store in tears. My wife is a very kind and soft-spoken person who was treated very rudely by one of your customer service representatives today.The box in which she was returning her package this afternoon was ripped and she needed help taping it. This frustrated your customer representative (a middle-aged female with brown hair) as she slammed the package multiple times on the counter while angrily yelling at my wife (who was attempting to help her) to hold the package still while she forcefully taped it and made a loud and uncomfortable scene in the store.One additional note: as my wife walked in the store before engaging with this representative, she was loudly complaining about another customer who had been in the store moments earlier.I know that as we approach the holiday season this job becomes more stressful and patience is needed on both sides. However, this wasn't acceptable under any circumstances and it would be negligent of me not to bring this to your attention.

I came by at 6:55 on Thursday evening to pick up a package and they were already locked up with the cage closed around the counter. Change your posted opening hours to reflect the fact you don't stay open to 7.

Impossible to get in contact with. I have had a package that keeps getting marked as unable to be delivered. This is the access point address and phone number the tracking has given me. I have been calling all day trying to get in contact with someone to figure out where my package is. What I am getting shipped to me is valuable, and Im worried they have already lost the package based on how I can find out absolutely nothing about it.

I had to use this establishment for an Amazon return today (August 4th). There was an older gentleman in front of me returning something to Amazon as well. The Scrooge wannabe Hispanic lady was extremely rude and racist. She SNAPPED her finger at me to let me know it was my turn. As I was trying to zoom into the QR code she kept tapping her fat fingers on the counter as she was super impatient. Horrible customer service. Extremely disappointing experience. I won’t be back. I’ll be using other venues for my shipping needs. This lady needs to be fired immediately. UPS corporate office will be contacted first thing next business day about that lady.

People that work here are extremely rude and careless. First time coming here because we had some equipment to ship back and not even one greeting as you walk in. My husband was polite enough to them and kept saying thank you to them and they can’t even respond back. It’s no wonder y’all have bad reviews. Not coming back to this location. Not our fault yall are having a bad day.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. The people that work here are rude and appear to be upset customers even come in to do business here. I have brought Amazon returns multiple times and just figured the other times i caught them on a bad day, but today there is no doubt they either hate being at work, the owners, or something and are taking it out on the customers. Rude people. Stay away. I know I am going forward.

Worst customer service ever!!! There is a reason this store has low rating!! The workers here hate their job and is very rude. Old lady there is very particular about package and wont take it if it’s not perfect even though they deliver to my house with the boxes in shambles and falling apart!! Pathetic!!

I went here to send a return. Those 2 Caucasian women sent me on a wild goose chase providing wrong information. They said UPS doesn't take returns. SMH I am black and experience so much prejudice peopleI'm not stepping foot in that place again.
