I had one of the best experiences I've ever had at a post office here. The clerk taking my packages and kindly scanning them for me and giving me a receipt was courteous and informative. Well I've had a ton of good experiences with USPS clerks unfortunately not all of them are like this. It's very nice to see someone doing their job with excellent customer service skills.

Very friendly staff. Fast service. Good place to buy packing mathe self-checkout machine (24/7), purchase gift cards, and greetings cards. Normal Mon-Fri hours open til 7pm.

Terrible customer service, Patricia was the name of the lady working there and was super rude, I had questions about the passport application and received no clear answer. The guy working next to her had to finish my transaction because I asked her to detail fees charged. The guy looked like “here we go again”
Then she tried to tell me that I was rude. You were no help at all and you appeared to enjoy being rude.

Went here to get passport, came with everything needed. The guy told me I didn’t have submit my old passport cause I was just doing a name change…also that I only needed a copy of marriage certificate. I even went home, drove back up cause I googled it and it says I needed both with application or it would be denied! Still proceeds to tell me that I don’t need either! Well a week later I received a letter that my app was denied! Come up to post office again to have them send passport and marriage certificate with application and I had to pay to mail it again!!! Shouldn’t have to pay that since it was his fault! Get your passport at another location! He had no idea what he was doing and wasted my time and my money.

We went up to send out specifically 9 letters. We had everything in order and when we went to Patricia, she said to our face “really, really???
Umm Mam, isn’t this your job? I just told her we can go to the guy next to us and she was like no it’s fine whatever.
Again I’m so confused isn’t this there job? I get it it’s frustrating, then don’t work here.

They were serving us very well until a woman who spoke Spanish arrived. She was very racist. She didn't want to help us. When she arrived, she treated us very badly. They shouldn't have people like that there.

The staff here is very friendly! Im giving one Star because the delivery person did not put my package in the package room like they're supposed to when it doesn't fit in the mailboxes. I needed my package today because I'm going out of town tomorrow and probably won't be able to make it to pick it up because they didn't do their job properly... I really appreciate the guy who went and checked to see if it was here he was amazing I really appreciated that! But your delivery driver clearly needs to go back through training if they don't know how to do their job... Very frustrating and a huge inconvenience 😡

We had the most amazing and efficient passport service here at this USPS Grapevine location today 11/29/25 at 1500. I forgot asking for the name of the passport agent as my children were a little wild. The passport agent handled our cases with so much patience and kindness. We had 2 passport application done in less than 25 minutes. I really appreciate the wonderful service that we received at Grapevine USPS today. FYI, they also offer passport photo service at this location.

At all USPS locations. Including this one, they give you the most expensive option if you don’t clarify what you want. Yesterday they tried to charge me $116 dollars when I could have paid $45 dollars. I left and went to UPS because of their poor ethics and I was aware.
When I asked why the package was so expensive she said it was the weight. I then said well the contents aren’t even worth that much so it doesn’t seem worth it. At which point she stopped talking and didn’t offer anymore information. Information she obviously had. She was more interested in making an extra $50 dollars that day, than retaining a customer for USPS. Quite sad. I hope this information helps someone! Please do your research. USPS is not there to help. Only to try and scam you out of more money.
