Would have given 5 star eating, but only giving 4stars. Presented a online coupon to the cashier for 15% off the total purchase and was given 10% off instead.Customers were waiting behind me, so l let it go and left without mentioning it to her… the store manager.

The new store is very well stocked. I really like this brand. The reason for the 1 star is because of the service offered by the employees of this store. They spend their time on the phone talking and texting. We tried to buy some cargo pants, my son and Me, it was 8:10 pm, and the store closes at 9:00 PM and the girls did not want to open the fitting rooms. They say that the store's policy is to close them and open them only during the day, "yes, it's really policy." which seems absurd to me to buy something that you don't know if it will fit, we had to buy in other better stores

Worst customer service. I went into the store were there was a associate standing behind the register no greeting at all. I proceeded to the back of the store and found a couple of items in cearance that I wanted, I went to pay and the items were to ring up a Additional 60% off one item was tagged 8.98 and rang to for 5.99 I pointed that out wish she said I can't go lower then 5.99 and you should be happy that's still a good deal with some attitude. I then asked to speak to the manager which she told there was not one available worst service. And Angie the cashier was so rude.

Where I live, there isn’t a wrangler outlet for 2 1/2 hours in any direction. While working in Texas, I drove an hour and half out of my way to stop at this location to exchange some clothes that have not been worn with a receipt from a different Lee wrangler outlet.The woman working the desk asked how she could help me. I told her that I was trying to exchange my unworn pants with a receipt. As soon as she realized that it was not from this specific location, she said they cannot do that. She advised that they could not accept returns or exchanges from other locations.I guess I should’ve called ahead. Silly me, thinking that this wrangler outlet would operate as other wrangler outlets in other cities and states. I definitely should’ve listened to the reviews that I read prior to driving here.I wasted an hour and a half of drive time, cost of tolls, and not to mention the time spent walking through the store to the smallest Wrangler outlet that I have seen to date.

Big store, they having clearance in a lot of products flip flops are 5$. Store is really big and well organized.
