This was my first visit to Visionworks, and I will certainly be back! It’s an easy place to locate with parking available in front of the building. The inside appearance was pristine.
Leo welcomed me as I entered. I informed him of the service I needed. He entered my insurance info, explained my benefits and escorted me to select new frames. I was not rushed at all, but tried on a number of nice frames before finding just the right one.
Leo advised me of what would be on the order, which was at a very reasonable cost, and when I could expect the new glasses to arrive. This was done very efficiently and in a pleasant manner.
I am very happy with the total experience. I will absolutely use Visionworks in the future. Thank you for your assistance, Leo!

For a first time visit, I had a good experience . Was, however disappointed that you were not capable or able to put lenses into a frameless pair I already had. I was told it wasn’t allowed.
